Service was fantastic, every employee was knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. Prices are getting really high there, and my son ordered Blackened Steak and was charged $3.00 for the spice, that just didn't make sense and he felt over charged. Other than that the experience was good,

Very nice decor and lively environment. Excellent service. The food was very good quality. Some items on the menu (pizzas) were not available and crab cakes (featured on online menu) were not on the menu of this particular location

Have notice a significant increase in use of salt used in food preparation lately. You don't need to use that much where it over powers the taste. Needs to compliment.

We had asked for a restaurant table, but we’re seated in the bar area. As there was a show, it was very busy and very loud. We asked to be seated on the patio after ordering. We were moved without issue, where it was much quieter and able to enjoy our meal.

Table of 2 attending at 5:30 alongside the pre-Jubilee 7pm show rush. We ordered no later than 5:35 when the restaurant just started to fill but didn’t get our food until 6:50 and had to pay while shoveling down our dinner. Our order was obviously missed as the entire restaurant had cleared out by the time we received our meal but there was no acknowledge of that by the server. Having to wave down the server at 6:30 and receiving no apology was surprising. Maybe at least comp our drinks? Nothing. $100 for 2 meals and 2 drinks with poor service and lackluster food :(

Our dinner before the Taylor Tomlinson show at the Jube was perfection! We were celebrating my mother-in-law's birthday and she was thrilled with her bday card at the table and Marilyn Monroe cocktail! Our server was exceptionally attentive and our meals and drinks came out perfectly! I'm always going to add truffle butter to my Cajun steak now... may even try the peppercorn too in the future! Thank you!

We never got our water refilled. We also ran out of napkins and nobody checked our table after the food was served. The noise was so loud and we could not even talk. The room was crowded and we have to walk in a maze to use the washeoom.

The experience at Earls is usually very good. Its proximity to the UofA makes it easy to book my team members for a nice lunch. However yesterday's meal took longer than normal. This is not good for timing. Overall it was good just the time took too long.

My husband had the chicken Alfredo which was good. I had the baked salmon which was mediocre, quite bland. For the money spent good could have been better. The other issue is there is no parking so that cost $10.50 on top of food. Service was good, friendly staff.

The location is fantastic for close proximity to the Northern Jubilee Auditorium, the University Hospital, and the Butterdome. The food is excellent and although it can be a little pricey, for an occasional night out, it is okay. I have found the service to be very good to excellent. My only complaints are that the noise level is often excessive. Unfortunately, I do not have a suggestion of a possible solution for this. The other issue is that access to the washrooms is down a flight of stairs making them inaccessible to customers with mobility challenges.

The food was great, but the service was quite slow. Our server was very kind but had too many people in her section to manage effectively. The extra hands dropping off food/drinks did not quality check items, which led to me having to send my drink back as it had dirt/cork residue in the glass. Overall it was okay, as we had booked dinner 3 hours before our concert tickets, however without us booking an extended time for dinner in advance we would have missed our show.

My friend and I had dinner before taking in Aladdin at the Jube. Service was excellent- they served us promptly, so promptly that we had lots of time before the show. They didn’t rush us out and checked on us frequently. We had the southwest chicken salad and the Bangkok bowl - both were amazing!

The food service was painfully slow. It took 45 minutes to an hour for food to come to our table after we ordered it. It was extremely busy. However, we were there a week earlier, and the restaurant was just as busy and the food service was very quick. I’m not sure if you were short staffed but it’s definitely something that should be addressed. We ended up being late for an event we were going to. We thought we booked a reservation giving us plenty of time. It’s a great restaurant and we will definitely be back, but hopefully we don’t experience the same slow service again.

Original table was in a high traffic area for servers and right by bathrooms…restaurant was quiet, not sure why they seated us there. Asked to be moved after passerbyers knocked off utensils from our table and bumping into our chairs. Beer fridge wasn’t working but continued to serve warm beer and then pretend to not know that the beer was warm. Told us the cold beer was in the basement “did we want them to go downstairs to get cold beer”. Seasonal veggies were extremely spicy, 1 out of the 6 of us liked them. Table of 6 all ordered steaks and they were great. Not your typical Earl’s experience for sure.
