The music is way too loud. With the sounds of the kitchen, the people dinning and the servers talking the music makes it unpleasant. The music genre itself is fine it is just that it is jacked up so loud you can't hear your dinner guests.

We ordered an appetizer, 2 entrees and dessert- everything was delicious! Our server was super nice. The hostesses were great. We had a wonderful night.

We had asked for a table to accommodate a wheelchair and it was ready when we arrived. We had an excellent server and the food was great. Where we sat the music was tolerable.

We met with 2 friends for happy hour drinks. I made a reservation and asked for a booth in lounge. We were sat at the table that is almost in kitchen, we asked for a different one. No one checked our passport or ID. We ordered 2 marg pizzas with mushrooms, they were served without.

It was a lovely meal, we were sat right beside the kitchen so it was quite noisy. I was finishing my last mouthful, when my plate was whisked away and we were asked if we wanted dessert. I couldn’t even answer as I was still eating! We said maybe in a little while but in no time the bill was on the table! We thought $15 for a glass of wine to be steep, or $10 for a 5oz glass!

Food was blah. Burger bun needed to be much bigger. Coconut prawns tasted like zero coconut and super salty. Good place for drinks but our table of 8 would not waste our money again to have a meal there. Even wings were blah ...

Our dinner was delicious. We both had the steak and lobster, however we had to ask for butter for our lobster. We recommend that being included when serving lobster. When we made reservations over the internet, we were asked if we wanted table or booth. We put booth, when we got there she was taking us to a table. We then went to bar and had a booth. We were asked if it was a special occasion which it was...a birthday. Asked end of meal if you did anything for special occasions and she said no. Why ask then? Just though it was a bit weird to make a point of asking. Everything else was perfect! Thanks...see you soon.

My husband thought his cheese bacon burger was very good. Service was good too. The spinach artichoke dip was tasty but not sure why the chunks of artichoke were so big. My daughter and I shared a couple other appies which were ok but I did not care for curry type dip that came with coconut prawns and the fries were sooo garlicky we did not finish them. I would strongly suggest the “seafood” portion of the menu should give some more options and not just be salmon, salmon or salmon!?

We had received gift cards for Earls for our 50th wedding anniversary so naturally decided to put them to good use. We had an early supper of prime sirloin steak, which was excellent. Our server was also very efficient and pleasant.

As ever, excellent. Food. I had the Zen bowl. The floor badly needed a sweep, I’m guessing that as we were there at 2pm they had not had time to clear up after the lunchtime rush, but not good. Service was very good, we will be back sometime.

We enjoyed our visit to Earl's. We had a wonderful young server named Treyvon, who was attentive and friendly. As a couple in their 50's who used to eat out for $20, the prices these days are a bit of a shock, but tis the signs of the times. The food was very good. The only issue was our table faced the kitchen and server station, which did take away the enjoyment of our time there.

Was good food and service. Earl’s is a bit expensive but that is what you pay for at that price point. I found it a bit noisy - that was my only slight complaint.

We always dine at the Earls franchises and it has been very consistent. Normally it has been great but today has been an extremely off night. Not to get into details but the fries was coated in spoonful of salt and that was the easy party to serve. We will give them a another chance.
