A great celebration for my daughter. Although the staff did not put candles on any cake or sing, they gave us a small birthday card, which showed that they at least offered something else. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Highly recommended!

Food was consistently good (3 of us. Ordered steak, lettuce wraps & pasta). Service was quick & attentive. A little slow getting bill, but lots of tables wrapping up at same time. A little loud, but popular place, so many people.

Our meals were very tasty and service was good. We had the pulled chicken clubhouse, truffle tortellini, and bacon cheddar burger. Would have given 5 stars but my husband had to eat very slowly while waiting to have his beer exchanged for a new one as the first glass was apparently from the bottom of the casket.

I took 2 friends to Crossroads, for their first time visit. We were very impressed with the food (ribs) and the service. Each plate we observed was a masterpiece. Meagan was very pleasant with a wonderful sense of humour and extremely great service. It makes me want to return frequently. This place is now my first choice restaurant. All the staff appeared to be enjoying their jobs, with friendly smiles. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Food is always top notch at this location it always feels warm and inviting. Although sometimes the noise level can be high like last night, but it was packed. As for our server Meaghan I cannot say enough good things about her! She was phenomenal.!! So energetic, knows her stuff and worked very hard to make sure we weren’t waiting even though they were so busy. From now on I will always ask to be in her section when we go even if I have to wait!

What a great date night with my wife and granddaughter! The food was excellent. The Tropic Thunder pizza our granddaughter tried for the first time disappeared very quickly. Thank to all the staff who were so courteous and helpful.

Overall we had a great time! Dined with our 2 young boys. My only issue with the food was that the rice in the dynamite roll was pretty stale. My Ahi tuna poke bowl was excellent though!

It was a good meal. One person in our group didn’t have avocado on her Benedict. Nothing done to fix it. We ordered off the brunch menu and ordered mimosas at $7. They ended up being 13.75. The waitress didn’t let us know that we were a little late to get the happy hour price. Usually Earls is good about fixing issues but not today.

Food at Earl's is consistently good. Prices have gone up, but to be fair, so have prices in comparable restaurants, so the "value" rating is more a reflection of the market. Service gets a lower rating due to the excessively long wait for the food. I would imagine it has to do with shortage of qualified staff. Will return.

Food was outstanding. Drinks were pricey at $12.75 for a cocktail. Server was very pleasant but struggled We received a wrong drink, incorrect bills, then the bill for another table. She took an alert re allergies seriously, which was appreciated. Ambiance/decor is beautiful, although at peak dinnertime on Friday, the noise level meant I sometimes couldn't hear the person across from me. Bathroom was a mess. A little service effort would make this a 5 out of 5

New summer menu. We tried the Bangkok Bowl and it was really tasty. Had the butter lettuce wraps and those too were great. Service was attentive without being hovering. VERY noisy (a lot of large parties in attendance so the vibe was definitely "let's have fun"). Still, a great place to take a date, family or friends.

The burger was back to its old standards. The only problem was it was a little too salty. It's was almost like the chef forgot he salted and went back and salted it again

We had a lovely dinner on their patio. Everyone enjoyed their pre-dinner drinks. We had the Marilyn Monroe, Aperol Spritz and Passionfruit Margarita. All perfect for a sunny summer night. For appies we had tuna tataki, oysters and street corn dip. The oysters were my favourite - fresh, bright flavours. For dinner we had the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl, Chicken & Ribs, Steak and Sushi, and Steak Frites. The steaks were cooked perfectly. The ribs were fall off the bone. Earl’s classic Warm Potato Salad was delicious. Our server, Samara, was delightful. The AGM and her manager in training - Tasha and Emily - stopped by our table for a enjoyable chat. Overall, our experience was what we expect from Earls and why we keep going back. Great food & drinks and exceptional service.

Just outstanding! The seafood tower was over the top delish! Service was friendly and efficient. Meals were timely and also delicious! We had burgers and ribs, steak and salads, all great and my Aunt said the clam chowder was the absolute best she has ever had, high praise for a well travelled senior.
