Kicking our group out after 1.5 hours for another big party was unacceptable. We had 6 ppl and we had to leave right after we had our last bite! NO coffee or dessert was offered as they wanted our table.

4 of us dined - the ambiance and the location was perfect! The Ahi bowl was amazing and the filet and lobster delicious! Be cautious on the New York strip - the peppercorn was a bit overwhelming and steak was thin. Otherwise it was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend!

One member of the party ordered surf and turf. When they brought it, it was the wrong cut of beef and there was no garlic shrimp. When asked to correct it, they just put non garlic shrimp on the plate with no change to the steak

Overall was just okay. Food was good, lots of vegetarian options and several choices of mocktails. My daughter ordered vegan tacos and portion was tiny, should have been listed as an appetizer. Service very slow. When asked for our bill, server brought bills to two other tables before she got to us. Was pricey for what we got.

We arrived 15 minutes early for our reservation and were made to wait When we offered to go to the bar and wait, we were told we could not. Saw the hostess team make at least 5 other parties wait as well. The restaurant was empty so why pile us all up, at the front door. I've never felt so unwelcomed

Too noisy! You cannot hear anything unless you talk loudly! The salad was not fresh and just full of sauce! The service is good ,polite. The price in comparison with the food quality is high!

Great post work spot for drinks. 1/2 priced wine Tuesday/Wednesday. Try the sushi and surprising winner - chicken biriyani served with naan and curry.

Excellent food and service was top notch. I would suggest however that the A/c seemed to be on when it was -10 outside so felt cold. Music despite being well chosen, it was to loud to have a discussion with the person across the table. A little heat and turning the music down just a bit would be best IMHO.

Earls is a resto but also attracts crowds to the bar section. Food is fine and service is friendly and generally efficient. Fairly loud music and noise overlap from the other diners are fine if you expect it but that means its not a place for intimate conversation. Wine and drinks prices seem higher than other restos in the area, but doesn't seem to bother the crowd it draws.

I made a reservation to celebrate my birthday and initially the welcome was good although they did not have my table ready on time, I had no problem with this. The menu was distributed and we expressed that we were waiting for someone else to order dinner and the waitress came over repeatedly to ask if we were ready, so we expressed the same response several times. the water glasses were incomplete (initially we were 5 people and they only put 2 glasses) some time later the food arrived and in all this time they did not bring cutlery, the waitress left so quickly that we did not have time to ask her for the cutlery, we were around 3-5 minutes trying to get a waiter to go to our table and another waiter brought the cutlery without napkins and practically threw them grouped on the table and left, clearly the food got a little cold so it didn't taste the same, then From this my last guest arrived and wanted to order, the waiter who was passing by was a little rude when taking the order, he didn't even approach the table and just asked from afar "what I wanted" because of all these attitudes clearly None of the people who accompanied me left a tip. and sadly after this attention no one was left with the intention of ordering any dessert to celebrate the birthday and we decided to create a comfortable environment ourselves. unfortunately I don't think they would consider the place for a new meeting which is very sad because the atmosphere and the food are good

We had two servers. The first one had several issues and decided to give up, then another server took over. Our second server was great. Only problem was the first server took our order and our food came out wrong and only lukewarm. I’ve had great service and meals at other Earls, so I’ll just caulk this up to one bad night. Place was nice and the hostess were great seating us early for our reservation.

unfortunately, my experience fell far below expectations. The restaurant was understaffed, leading to slow service and a noticeable lack of attention to customers. The food and service were just excellent! They also accommodated our group really nicely by giving us the quietest corner available and letting us stay way past the lunch hour. However, even with the quietest booth, it was just LOUD all the time, with music being played at a very high volume even when we were the only ones left in the restaurant. None of us can understand WHY WE HAD TO YELL AT EACH OTHER. Don't know WHY restaurants insist on playing music so loud. I literally know NO ONE who likes it. Some younger people tolerate it better, I guess.

This place was an absolute waste of time. Made a reservation for 4:30 and arrived around 4:15 and was told « your reservation is at 4:30 and you’ll have to wait for 15 minutes . » I thought it was weird because there were many available tables, but i considered it reasonable so waited. HOWEVER, people who came in without reservations were seated before us and it wasn’t only until 4:30 passed and I asked the reception and manager about our table that they seated us. They also blatantly lied and said people had reservations for 4pm so that’s why they got seated first. I clearly heard people came in without reservations. Most of all, i had to ask for our table even though they saw us waiting. The table they ended up giving us was also in the middle of a loud private event and when I asked if there was another table (because i saw empty tables on the other side which was quieter), the 'manager' brushed me off saying the entire restaurant is loud (which it clearly was not). I don't know about the food but the service was absolute GARBAGE. Lastly, I want to note that I suspect the reception was racist because everyone who came in and got seated were not visible minorities, while i had to be asked to get seated even with a reso. Ended up going to cactus club across the street with much better reception and service. Do better.

Second meal here in one week. That tells you how great it is. Great service, food and value. Especially Wednesdays( maybe Tuesday too?) Steaks are half price and bottles of wine half price too. Highly recommend Earls.

We enjoyed our evening out wifh friends. Our server was attentive, provides great suggestions, food tasted great and the portiona were good as we were sharing. We would recommend Earl's to our family friends and colleagues always.

Second time dining here. It’s good but it’s very very loud - had trouble hearing the waitress! Food is good but expensive for what it is. A burger and fries is $25. I had the burger - second time having this and I don’t know why they put tons of salt in the burger - you can taste the salt granules.

room was so noisy that we could not carry on a conversation - got out of there as soon as we finished eating and paid. Seems that renovations involved lowering the ceiling. Now the conversations (now yelling) do not diffuse up to the original high ceiling but reverberate back down. Unbearable!!!

Very busy on a Saturday night. Nonetheless the staff kept things running pretty smoothly. The only wrinkles were that my soup was served with my main course, and there was a long delay on our wine order. Minor issues. The food was good, portions more than adequate, and the service was cheerful. And we made it to the concert with lots of time to spare!

We absolutely loved our meals! It was a special occasion and our celebratory guest was given a free glass of champagne and a beautiful hand written card! So sweet! My only advice is that they turn the music down please. It is so hard to visit.
