   First of all I have to mention the waiter. He was awesome. Great service and was super friendly and gave us recommendations from the menu which weee excellent choices.

   When I add chicken to a salad for 7$ I do not want it to cold. Furthermore it was way too loud and even the servers acknowledged that... but they also did not want to turn down the volume of the music.

   Was very impressed by the hostess, checking in on us to see if there was a special occasion. She made a big deal about it when she found we were celebrating a big anniversary. Loved the busyness on the outside patio.

    This was honestly the best restaurant experience I have had bar none. Jenna went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodated. My friends and I came for happy hour to celebrate one of our birthdays and the whole Earls team made it a very special experience for us. Recommend as THE after work drinks spot for all corporate girlies!!

    Service was fine, but not good. (Waitress got a basic request with one of the orders wrong.). Music too loud. Ongoing pet peeve of mine (at ALL restaurants) is the machines being configured to calculate the tip on TOP of the tax. It should be based on the pre-tax amount, and is a frustrating and disingenuous practice.

    I reserved for a group of 6 for a 30th birthday. Lexi, our waitress was super nice, professional and efficient. The food came quickly and was good. Even the older people in our group had a great time. We had a marvelous night.

    It was a short dinner with a friend but looked like our server was too tired to even listen our order properly. The lady who brought food banged it in the table without looking back and there was a miscommunication regarding an order for which I didn’t even get an apology i mean if you have tired employees let them go home or ask the host to stop seating. Server properly or don’t do it at all.

    Jenna the hostess greeted us warmly and looked after us while we waited for our reserved table. Food was delicious (filet mignon for my husband and crab cakes for me) both came as ordered except I asked for and received some extra remoulade sauce for the crab cakes. Our server was wonderful. The noise level is quite high, lots of people and energy so if you don't like noise, this might not be the place for you! But we'll be back!

    Loved the location and the food is amazing (highly recommend the sushi tacos as an app)! Our server was great but accidentally double charged for a glass of wine which we didn’t notice until we got home. The boy helping deliver food in our section was incredible! He should be a server! Inky complaint would be that it’s super loud! We could hardly have a conversation and we were off to the side in a booth. Don’t go if you want to do a lot of talking to your date! 😆

    Great location. Clean and green. Loved the plants everywhere. Real or fake, they made it feel nice in the restaurant. Our server was amazingly attentive and helpful. The food was very good. Ribeye and Kale Mushroom pizza. Fantastic. We will be back.

    Overall, felt like it was okay - we ordered our apps and the waitress forgot about this so we had to remind her and only eat it after our meal.

    I have been here many times before and will return. Love the prices (for the district), food quality & ambience. But some of the servers & staff are just rude. It is, unfortunately, very common for these kinds of establishments. I wish the management could take a closer at the servers with an attitude because it's not cute and it was a major turn-off during an, otherwise, perfect lunch.
