We go to Earl's often and usually have a great meal. This time was, we hope, an exception. Our Santa Fe Chicken Salad arrived without any chicken. Not sure who screwed up, but after eating half of it and realizing something was missing we reported it and the comped that part of the meal. We will return, but we will check our order more carefully next time.

Earls on west broadway had incredible staff, we had a wonderful server named Sarah , she was outstanding in her service, great knowledge of the menu and had some brilliant recommendations for food and drinks. Great energy and very friendly. Wonderful dinner experience thanks to her efforts. Would highly recommend the restaurant for all its staff and atmosphere. Stunning evening had there .

I always enjoy dining at Earles. From the check in to getting seated, their hostess's are always polite and friendly. The menu food choices are great and there's aways something new on their menu to try.

Our server was 764 Ellen --- and as usual, she was excellent! I've had the pleasure of sitting in her section before and she remembered me, which makes for a really nice customer experience. I had the Cajun Chicken and it was also done perfectly so my compliments to the chef!

We were celebrating a birthday and a retirement. The staff were very aware that we were celebrating a special occasion and the service was awesome! We weren’t rushed and enjoy some wonderful share plates and wine.

We had stopped going to this restaurant as our last meal and experience was subpar but have always loved Earls so why not? Our server was very nice but the food was BLAH. Mushy rice in the sushi roll; very weird taste from the Cajun salmon and the lettuce rolls were tasteless. This was an overall disappointment. Such potential as a good restaurant but the food did not deliver.

Table was great, as was service. As the evening wore on though, food delivery got very very slow and some dishes arrived late and cool instead of hot. Clearly more kitchen help was required for a very busy Saturday night.

Food is always consistently good here, and last time the service was just mediocre. This most recent visit was much more what I expect from an upscale place like Earls. My wife’s chicken kung pao dish arrived and we were shocked to find it was made without chicken! The staff were quick to apologize and offer options. Bring out some grilled chicken on a rush or remake the dish. Either way, they removed the meal from our bill without hesitation. That is true customer-centred service right there. I am not easy to impress and the way they handled it was admirable. We’ll go back again for sure next time we’re in the area to see a show.

The restaurant was packed, and yet the service was as seamless as usual. The menu is always interesting and the prawn tacos were delicious. Best of all, our server, Ellen, was like a breath of fresh air each time she stopped by our table. Top notch service.

I made reservation in advance for 5 people and they tried us to sit at a table for 4. There were so many other tables available. And the hostess said, oh but we do sit 5ppl there. It was my niece’s bday celebration and it did not create great first impression when I had to fight for a table that sits 5 ppl.

I didn’t appreciate the amount of time we had to wait to put an order through. Then another wait to receive our food. Also I had requested for things like creole butter for my steak to make it taste better, but I didn’t receive it for a solid 15 mins later, by then my steak was so cold. We couldn’t even finish out steaks because they were not even good. The only thing good was the wings we got. Everything we ate was not worth the price we paid… we still tipped, but it was because of the formality, not because we received good service or food…

Charlie was an awesome server. Went here for my sons 19 bday and it was a home run. We have been coming here for years and always great.

I was happy that the employees made very sure about my allergies. The food was delicious. An all around good place for all occasions and family friendly too.

It started well but went continuously downhill. We ordered coffee but we’re not offered cream or sugar nor were they on the table. When we finally did get some they didn’t bring spoons. Our meal was fine but they didn’t clear the dishes after starters. So we moved the dishes to an empty table. When we were finished our meal again they didn’t clear dishes even when we stacked them and moved them to one end of the table. Overall a disappointing customer service experience.

When I lived in Vancouver 30 years ago I used to go to this Earls on a regular basis. It’s still there. Likely nothing more needs to be said except I missed the dry ribs

Terrible service, we had to flag down the server or anyone else there when we wanted to order, food, drinks and get the bill. Server stood over me when I paid to see how much I would tip him.
