Very good food-I had the prawn Sushi Roll and my friend the Santa Fe Salad! Both were very fresh and nicely presented. Excellent service from the young lady and prompt attention to ensure everything was to our liking. I went to this Earls for a nice couples brunch this Sunday, right when it opened. We sat for 90 minutes and had a fantastic time. We were greeted right away and asked where we preferred to sit, lots of options so that was nice. We had a special mimosa, which was great. Our meals came quickly, hot, and cooked perfectly (we are especially picky with our eggs!). We had shrimp eggs benedicts (some of the bet egg bennys that we have had), and the little potatoes (scalloped in cubes) were delicious! We added on some oysters (why not?)- which were delicious. Loved the sauces, and nice sized oysters. The facilities were great, and everyone made our stay a great experience. Best of all, the manger Josh came over to see how we were enjoying our meal and we had a nice chat! A nice touch Earls:). I will definitely return here when I am on my travels to Van. (PS It did get busy, so make a reservation first! I know because I stayed to do a little work and have a latte, I was having such a good time).

Service was great. Our young server seemed a little bit shy but she was very pleasant and helpful in every way. When we mentioned that my wife's ribs dinner came a little colder than we expected, she was willing to resolve the situation, but due to timing, we accepted the dinner as is... It may be helpful in future that the cooks consider using a thermometer on meats prior to serving them up... in that way, they'd know better what is ready and what is not quite up to par.

We went to earls to celebrate my friend’s bday. The service was very slow, although they were not really busy. We were told we have 1,5 hour Limit on our table which was perfect for us, because we had another event to go to. at the end of our dinner, we asked for a bday desert, waited for it for about 20 mins and had to leave…. We paid our bill and noticed that the desert was on our bill, but we never got it. Just recently I went to another bday at Earls Brentwood, service there was just amazing!!!!!!!! We also got a free bday desert there and some thank you words from the staff for choosing earls to celebrate our special event. In this location, they charged us for desert(which is not a huge deal) we never got and just overall service was pretty bad. We sat down and our order was taken only about 30 mins after we sat down… We did get a gift card later as a refund for the desert,which we used later that night at this location when we came back from our event to have a desert and some drinks.

The service was excellent; our server was kind, friendly and very attentive. My basic burger with fries however was not worth the $20 or so dollars; the bun was very nice but the beef patty lacked flavor, and it was luke warm at best.

We had dinner on Saturday at our local Earls. Our waiter was friendly. But when my meal came there was a hair in the salad and it turned me off the meal. The manager came over and said he would pay for my meal and if I wanted to order another. I did and it was good. But after my husband paid he said they didn’t take off the meal and they even charged us for the fries. So really bad experience and customer service. Won’t be going back for awhile! BEWARE!

Elisha is the best !! Always a great time at this location. Not a big fan of the new pulled chicken club. Super greasy bread like a Ruben. And pretty small for the price. Happy Hour is the way to go, so we will stick to that as well as 1/2 price wine day

There was a table of (six) young ladies, not far from where we were sitting. They were extremely loud and annoying because it felt like they had no regard for other diners. The noise was constant. Our Server and the manager moved us to another table, further away, which was helpful. However, the loud table did not let up. If it happens again, I hope the Manager(s) will be able to control it a little better.

Overall one of our favourite places because of the service and friendliness of the entire team. Food is very good and creative, never disappointing and we enjoy the different seating section options. But, as seniors, the music is always a bit loud which makes it difficult to hear others around the table. The younger crowd must also find the music loud because they just raise their voices and yell! The loud music is not just at Earl’s.

Earl's has a wide variety of choices on their menu. We had brunch and it was delicious. Everyone happy. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I recommend !

Although the restaurant was not that busy, the service was not the best. It took a long time and asking 3 different people for out invoices at the end of the meal. Our server thought it was best to ignore our request, take pictures for other customers and several orders. Honestly, it was not that busy....bring our bills, let us pay and then you can take your time with the orders and the pictures. It is not that hard!!

We rarely eat ribs. But the ribs + warm potato salad came so fervently recommended by a trusted food friend that we tried them. What a deeply delicious and satisfying dinner. We will have to go back!
