    Menu offered something for most everyone. Food good except cheesecake dessert which was very marginal. Sticky toffee pudding excellent. Service very good. Noise level high.

    The food was amazing and I know that prices have gone up for a business however, it wasn’t priced terribly. I was a bit annoyed that after we paid the bill, we didn’t get anymore service. We stuck around for a little while, water refilled would have been nice…it wasn’t busy so the servers time wasn’t monopolized - we left around 11:30 pm. The street noise on the patio is beyond insane but I’m not sure what can be done about it - the nature of the beast in Grande Prairie I suppose….

    The meal was very tasty and hot. The servers were friendly and attentive. The ambiance was clean pretty. The prices were over priced. We are not likely to return. We are from out of town.

    Loud. Even my kids were saying that they weren’t able to hear their conversation. Out of four of us, 50% liked their food. Which we normally love Earls, not sure what happened.

    The greeter that showed us to our table was very polite and relayed the daily specials immediately upon seating us. Our waiter was very attentive yet bit overbearing. Great experience overall! We will be back!

    The service is always great, but the noise in this particular building is too loud. We alway avoid the patio as the voices and noice carry too much, inside is better but you still have to talk loudly to be heard. We don’t come as often due to this. 2 of our party was sad to learn that two of their favourite earls dishes were no longer on the menu (lobster ravioli and the spinach salad) so they both had the seafood tortellini. The sauce was much like mushroom soup and the tortellini shells were very mushy. They did not finish their meals. The rest of our meals were good though!

    The food was excellent. Unfortunately our server had only had one customer ahead of us. I asked her about the training process because she seemed Very lost, although she kept her composure very well. I would absolutely recommend a more insté dive training regiment than the one described to me. It definitely had an impact on the evening overall, though I place none of that blame on our server. She definitely did her best under difficult circumstances.

    We ordered appetizers and our meals at the same time. Or meal came out before the appetizers. The waitress had a difficult time with the bills at the end and we ended up paying for an extra appetizer instead of waiting for the bill again.

    The food made me sick, was up all night sick to my stomach from eating the lobster ravioli.Food came wrong instead of plain chicken got Cajun chicken. Food was overly salty. Very very expensive and very disappointed with overall experience.
