Fabulous location! Aesthetically beautiful with very attentive servers and managers. Food came very quickly, and the drinks were great.

Our waitress was not attentive, we didn't receive side plates for appetizers, no cutlery was brought with our mains and by the time we got to our food it was pretty cold. There was no quality check done and took us asking another person to her our bill.
We liked the new concept, the food was good and the service attentive but not over the top. Our server knew when to approach us. A tad loud but it was a busy night.
Great Experience. Love the interior design. We had excellent service and the food was consistent and on point!

Twice in 3 weeks I have attended and twice the food has been cold, not even warm, but cold.
This was taken care of by the manager and they were great but That’s not the point. The point is I had my kids for the day and wanted to treat them for lunch on Sunday 18th October and it wasn’t a the most pleasant experience.
If it happened once I understand but twice in a row I’m not happy sorry.

Excellent food and service. Children running around at the next table were a bit much, but otherwise a great experience.
Food was awful, service great, but food was cold, tough and and poorly prepared.
I will stick with Milestones, Boat House or Cactus Club. Who always provide excellent quality food and Service.

Kelsey was a fantastic server! From her drink suggestions to the timely visits to our table to check on things and her polite and friendly demeanour, our visit was lovely!
We enjoyed the extra privacy provided by the plexiglass dividers. The drinks we had were expertly poured by Alyssa at the bar and were very good.
The only way our appie could have improved would be less bread ends for the dip, but that’s just luck of the draw.

I don’t know what regulations allow in this COVID world but I thought there was far too many people in there compared to other similar restaurants I have been in. Almost every table and booth in the restaurant were full. I would estimate at least 90% capacity. Felt uncomfortably crowded for the times we’re in.
Great new location! Service and food both on point.
The food was fantastic & the serving was amazing. Hannah was lovely & she even cared enough to memorize our names (and we don’t have the most memorable names honestly). Really enjoyed our brunch. We had the eggs benedict and it was very filling. Will be back next week.
Disappointed. The prices seemed steep to me. Particularly Stella Artois $10?
The noise level was off the charts.
Maybe I would try it again at lunch on a slow day. But I’m in no hurry to do so.
Relative to other restaurants I think there were too many people in this restaurant milling around for it to be safe . I do love earls but will not come back to this location as I did not feel safe relative to other neighbourhood eateries

We were told we could stay for 2 hours, no longer. We were interrupted so many times. We ordered a drink and asked if we could talk before ordering our food. The server said yes but kept coming back to the table even though she told us to wave when we were ready.
If was like she was trying to sell us more drinks, maybe there was a contest.
The music is so loud in this Earls you can hardly talk.
We were so excited about it opening but won’t go back.
The drinks are very expensive.
Great service and great food!
Beautiful interior with the right lighting for dining. Open space with COVID dividers between tables and even at the bar 2 people per divided area. Wait staff dressed upscale and professional. Special attention paid to allergy sensitive guest with me and 3 people came by, including the Chef to make sure everything was satisfactory - it was excellent. Filet done to perfection with delicious mashed potatoes and asparagus. Recommend the sound be turned down as this is a great eating place not a dance place.
We realize this is a new restaurant and they are still training all of the staff, but...we had so many people coming and going from our table besides our server. We found it hard to even have a conversation because staff was interrupting the whole time. I felt badly for the actual server who was trying hard to do his job. Also, the many managers were hovering every-time someone was talking to us or bring/cleaning food. Overall, we liked the food and atmosphere but they need to step back a bit with the training and let them do their jobs.
We have gone twice already to the new earls and honestly service is great! Friendly staff.. very nice and always there if you need them. We will be going back on a regular. Their salt and pepper wings are soo delish! The spinach dip is one of my favorites too.
Enjoyed happy hour on the patio.

My only issues : my coke was flat and the chicken tacos seem a bit small for their price point.
Carley was our server and she was amazing (lunch time today). Only negative is that there were too many server assistants (that is the reason for the low rating on the service). Our actual server Carley was fantastic but there was too many people constantly visiting the table. Would prefer just one server with a busser. Thanks.

During Covid pandemic I feel
There was way to many people/servers in the restaurant.
The offering of a taste of red wine (open glasses just siting on a table) was bizarre. We had 5 different people serving us with managers hovering over our table. Despite these downfalls, the food was great. Would like to see better Covid protocols being implemented.
Welcome back to Earl's!! Everyone very attentive - early days and once everyone trained and getting used to everything, no doubt ALL the patrons will be happy - sometimes folks forget that we all had to train and learn and get used to things in our jobs. Management very attentive and watching carefully to pick up on any problems. Personally, I didn't see any during our lunch, however, there was considerable concern that things were running smoothly.
So glad to have Earl's back...

Had a rough experience; reached out to management about concerns and they were not the most receptive to the feedback. Was excited to have an Earls in my area and had good experiences prior but this last visit has left me never wanting to return.
