We were seated above 2 tvs by the bar. We asked if they could turn down the tvs so we could talk. They did but then cranked the music above us. Our table was extremely dark. We were celebrating our sons bday. Most food items were good. Our chicken Ceasar had cold chicken. We usually got warm back in Edmonton. Not very good. All in all okay but would hope for a better table next time.

The ambience of Earls is ahhhmazing!!!! Love our server Alex sooooooo much! He is so quick and always makes you have the VIP experience! We now request to be seated in his section! The food is always fresh and cooked to perfection! The crème brûlée is a must!!!

The restaurant is not accessible. We parked in the handicapped spot right by the front door. My wife is on crutches. Inside there is no instructions for access, no person, no phone. My wife crawled up 2 flights of stairs on hands and knees. The young man at reception made no attempt to help and said that had we called we could have used the service elevator. After dinner we used the service elevator. It is dirty and brings you to a garbage smoke pit littered with butts. Ramp up into the back lane and a long crutch journey back to the handicapped spot. Shame on Earls, this is not right in 2023!

Reserved a table indicating not high seats, walked in and got put in high seats next to door to patio Questions is why reserve first come seem to get best seatings and reservations are left over seat? For a senior high chairs are appropriate

Food was very bland and mediocre. Drinks were very weak - I don’t drink very much should feel at the very least buzzed after one drink. I felt absolutely nothing. Overpriced. Will never eat here again.

My husband ordered the prime rib with shrimp. And I ordered the Caesar salad. Ribs were chewy salad was not fresh. Salad tastes like it came out of those prewash bag so I could taste the chemical to keep it fresh in bag. Service - waited half an hour for bill. We were there for our anniversary and not even a compliment of dessert or drink so why did it even ask us what occasion we were there for!

I thought it was a nice place. Little loud but not horrible. We had hot wings ( very yummy ), bacon cheddar burger ( also yummy ) & angry chicken wraps which is something I’ve never had but really loved them. I like spicy and thought the ACWraps were mild, my wife thought they were spicy. All in all it was a very good evening and good food. Jason & Shannon

Had to wait a little long for food to arrive, but didnt notice it as drinks arrived early. Friendly staff and they were able to accommodate patio request even though booking was made on the spot. Forgot the waiter’s name but he was so caring and catered dining needs superbly!

Most of the food we ordered was not to satisfaction, from cold clam chowder to soggy salad and cold fries and too under done steak! Our waiter apologized a few times but was not his fault and only being there for his third shift felt really bad. we seen in the kitchen a lot of disorganization on stations? After the waiter talked to the manager he came over to our table and asked if we wanted replacements, we gracefully declined. Asked for the bill and you well NEVER EVEN COMPT ONE MEAL FOR US! THANKS EARLS IN JASPER!! Very Dissatisfied Customers!

Huge shoutout to our server Jay! We were a party of 18 the night before our wedding and he did an incredible job taking care of our group, including the kiddos. He had a great personality and was super easy going. Food was good as always at Earls :)

Our fires were cold. No problem, server brought fresh batch out in a timely manner. Second round of gin & vermouth way under poured compared to first. Value is decent for happy hour.

Our supper meal was good. But we also ordered pizzas to go. We ordered 2 tropical thunders. 1 gluten free. On your menu it does not say there are any peppers on this pizza. There were chili peppers on it. I am deathly allergic to any kind of peppers. I reacted just from touching the pizzas. Thank god I did not try to eat it. It makes me feel like we cant trust what you say your ingredients are listed on the menu.

On a warm summer night there is nothing better than sitting on the Earls patio. The views are spectacular. The mushroom and kale pizza was very tasty! Our server was very attentive and friendly.

The food was quite good. The ribs were great. Unfortunately where we sat (near middle of restaurant) it was far too noisy. Could use some sound dampening so we could at least hear each other.

I am along time Earl's patron- my family was dining at Earl's Jasper on August 6, 2023. We were placed at a table with the sun shining down through the windows at 7:00pm- it was unbearable- there were no blinds on the windows and the staff told us this was the worst table. We spent a significant amount of money on our meals for our family but the experience was the worst I have had at an Earls in many years. Please put blinds on your windows so your patrons can enjoy their meal. Disappointed

Big shoutout to Alex who helped us on Friday evening around 9.00pm. He was so kind and helpfull. Thanks to him and his amazing advice to go star seeing at Pyramid lake we saw the Northern light. He made our evening even more special then it already was. Hopefully he can read this and know how thankfull we are. Next to Alex, the food and ambiance was amazing. Quote boyfriend: best steak I ever had. And he is a meat lover so that says enough! Even the next day when we came back, because we were so excitec, the food was even better. Thank you from the Dutchies!

Exceptional food. Best meal we have had on our trip to Canada and the blackened chicken with warm potato salad was hands down the best chicken dish I have ever had. Matt our server was great and very attentive, nothing was an issue. Great buzz from the kitchen and great atmosphere for a Monday. Really loved it and a great surprise. Returned for steak night also and had a minor issue that was very professionally dealt with by the manager in Jasper (From Fyfe in Scotland). We have since eaten in a number of Earls in Penticton and Vernon and Jasper hands down the best one with the best kitchen team and service didn't get the same quality of food in the others - Michael from 🇮🇪

It was so so. Our server forgot our order of food completely but kept the drinks coming. Then when food finally arrived one order was wrong and when we went to send it back she asked if we were sure we didn’t want to try it first. A turkey sandwich was what was given when a blackened chicken breast sandwich was what was ordered. All blame was put to the kitchen for our missed food order but when we asked her if our food was coming soon she replied with “what food”. Lol

I have eaten at Earls in Jasper countless times and I find it is reliably spot-on for delicious food, an excellent selection of beverages, fun atmosphere and, especially this evening, top shelf service. When company comes to town for one night, you want to make it a great night. Earls In The Rockies is one of our favourite restaurants for good reason. Shout-out to Kira, thanks for everything, you are a marvellous server.
