   The experience was satisfactory. It was not unpleasant by any means but nor was it an “experience to remember.” It was however, unfortunate that no one acknowledged my request regarding our friend’s birthday which was the reason we were dining out this evening. While I would have no issue with anyone in the future suggesting Earl’s to dine at, I will most likely recommend another establishment if there is a special occasion of any sort. Of note, after residing in Jasper for 33 yrs, I will say that our server was exceptional. Prompt, genuinely friendly, always attentive and not “pushy” in the least. I would be grateful if all servers in Jasper possessed those skills. The lack of a perfect rating is not a reflection of anything wrong on her part (or the other categories). I reserve perfect marks for above and beyond exceptional services and surroundings. There are few to no opportunities for this grade to be meted out in Jasper. It is not a slight in any way to my beloved town. It just is what it is.

   We have been to Earls Jasper many times and this was, by far, the worst experience. The service was very slow. The server kept forgetting what we ordered. She messed up on the bills. Honestly I hope things improve if we ever go back again

    Our waiter forgot to tell us about the mandatory gratuity. So lucky him got a 36% tip on what was probably a $400 bill between all 8 of us. Slow to bring drinks and my food didn’t arrive til almost everyone else was done eating. Prices are ridiculous and we’ll be eating pizza to accommodate for having children with us instead of a decent meal

    We went with a family of 4 and my kids had appetizers. I had a 9 oz steak that was over cooked and dry. $189 for that experience was not worth the money IMO. Slow service and mediocre food, I’m out.

    Please keep in mind the noise level of your music in the back 'event' room. The speakers are right at the head level of the people sitting at either end. Can be a bit much. Staff decreased music volume, after being asked to do so.......

    Very nice location. Good views of the surrounding mountains from the tables by the many windows. Check out the “ daily rituals” for some very good offers especially the half price wine offer. Had a very nice Ultraviolet cab. sav. Had dinner three times in two weeks of skiing, the chicken curry was a pleasant surprise. Staff are very nice and efficient.

    Service was less than par, was not overly busy Food order messed up, main meal came before appetizers. Only 2 of 6 meals came, people were done eating before other meals showed Ribs were ice cold, like just out of the fridge Promised a free dessert, never happened.     While we booked the table for 11:30 as it show that it will be open until 1 am we just walked in and the manager told us that he is closing it and he said he only wait if we book the table and it's 11:45 so he is closing the restaurant technically it has to be open until 1 and we were so hungry because we drove almost 5 hours and I always prefer earls over other restaurants and then we were walked out by him giving us options to visit pizza store or something else it was very unethical as I have never experienced such things at any other location

    We had an outstanding experience at the Earls in Jasper on January 1st. The food and drinks seemed to be overall better and higher end than other Earls locations. They made many adjustments to ensure things were gluten free for one member of our group. Our server Jay also went above and beyond ! (Thank you Jay!!!)
