Excellent food and great service. The only downfall is the noise level, which is high due to the open concept design of the restaurant. Highly recommend this eatery!

Our server Brianne was wonderful! Plant based dish was "okay", not the best we've had. Needed more spices. Wine was excellent. Wrong time to go (5:00 on Sat) - many small children & very noisy. But we do enjoy the restaurant & will return.

It was a nice evening. We felt very rushed. I didn’t even have my coat off nor had I even sat down when asked what I wanted to drink. Our meal came before we even had a chance to get 1/2 way through our starter. I understand that it was a busy night and there was a line up but we were there for a nice dinner. We ended up being in/out in 45 min. That was rushed.

Portion sizes have decreased a lot. I understand food costs have increased, but with 2 teenage boys to feed, it is tough to get out of this restaurant without spending well over a hundread dollars. There were 4 of us, we had one appetizer between the 4 of us. My husband and I split soup and salad and a sushi roll. My boys both ordered chili chicken with a side of fries. The chili chicken was tiny (less than 7 small pieces of chicken on the plate) and this was 18.25. We had great service and the food was good, but affordable...nope. We had no alcohol (just pop). Our bill was over 135.00, not including tip. Yummy food, great service but not affordable.

Normally we are so overjoyed by our experience at Earls Kamloops, and come often. We usually race about our service and the food. Yesterday truly was not amazing. The restaurant was very busy which it is much of the time we come in - but our server seemed very unenthusiastic to be at work. Didn’t advise us of all the changes to the happy hour menu when we ordered so we were unaware portions had changed etc. She never offered to bring more water- my husbands glass sat empty for most of the time. My beer was almost empty and she never asked if I would like another one. When we put all our plates out that were empty she never asked if we wanted desert or any other drinks; just walked away with them. We had to ask for the bill after she had walked by our table a few times - It was honestly such a different experience than we are used to. Hence why I felt we should send in a review.

We visited for a friend's birthday. Our waitress (long hair gold wire frame glasses) was fantastic and super friendly and patient in a very busy time period. She checked in at last call for happy hour to give us time to order additionally off the menu if needed, which was so awesome. We were permitted to bring in a birthday cake. There are locations in Kamloops which charge you to permit a birthday cake, up to $25, which is why we do not go to those establishments. Not only was the cake permitted without charge, but it was also brought out with a massive sparkler and small glasses of prosecco for each of us, not only the birthday girl. Unbelievable service and our friend loved her birthday dinner out. This is why we keep coming. Thank you a million times over. The waitress who served us deserves major accolades also. Lovely, just lovely. :)

As always, we love Earls Kamloops. Everytime we come in we are treated amazingly by management and staff alike. We have never had a bad meal at Earls. Ever. How many places can you say that about?! :) thanks again to all the servers cooks and MGMT who make our experience dining out fantastic everytime.

We often hit this Earl's on our drive through up to Shuswap, we love the Chicken Hunan! It never disappoints us, and this time was no exception. Our service was good as always, and it was a bit loud, as always. We overlook the level of noise because the food is always so good! At the end of the dinner, I realized that it was Caesar Sunday, too little too late! But we'll be back!

This was a great place for our group of 10 people. We were seated on the enclosed patio which was cool, but not too cold. Our server was fantastic and didn't rush us. The menu had something for everyone and the food came out on time and with no issues. We had great support from our server and we felt we could stay and visit as we were meeting folks from out of town. I highly recommend this restaurant for inventive and good quality food, ambience, and service.

We always LOVE Kamloops Earls. We get amazing service and always enjoy the food. Thank you once again to all the staff - servers, cooks, and all of the people who take Great care of us when we come in! We consider going other places to eat- but why would we. :)

The whole family has options at Earl's- plant-based meals, grandparents' traditional meals, seafood and meat. Portions were small. Be careful- the half PORTION of ribs is not a half rack- it's less. Lots of coleslaw with not much potato salad. Then children's pasta was about 9 noodles. Enough for a toddler maybe, but not a child. Tuna bowl was good- the tuna marinade was delicious but the other items could've used a sauce. Overall, a 4 because the quality of food was good and it met a variety of needs. Not a 5 because it's way overpriced for the portion sizes and way too loud for our family to chat and catch up over dinner hour.

Whenever I visit Kamloops, I meet a bunch of friends at Earls. Food, as usual, was great, and service has always been excellent. Emily was a great server for our table, as were the others that brought food & drink through the evening. Will be back, for sure.

Very disappointed with our brunch. Although the omelet was very good, the accompanying salad was inedible. The majority of the lettuce was either wilted or spoiled. The waitress did offer to bring fresh salads, but we were ready to leave by then. She did bring a small to go salad, and that at least looked fresh. The kitchen should do a better job of checking the quality of the food before it’s taken to the table!
