Earls Kitchen + Bar - Kelowna
Wine too costly for the quality offered. Food item chosen was very different from what menu said and disappointing. Server offered the option to order something else but I didn’t want to wait for that. Very noisy.
February 14th was also our wedding anniversary. I booked a table in the lower level of the restaurant by the window. I also ordered flowers to be delivered to the restaurant to be put on the table as was done last year. I double checked my reservation the morning of. When we arrived I was lead to a poor table in the bar area with no flowers. When I told the young woman I was at the wrong table we were escorted back to the waiting area. A new table was found by the window but still in the bar area. Very noisy with 4 TVs running with sports playing. No flowers on table. Flowers were brought over later. Very disappointing evening. No complaints with food or server. She was excellent. When leaving I complainted and was offered a $50 gift card. Really not a suitable "sorry."
It was a great experience and the food was cooked to perfection. Our compliments to the Chef and the waitress who served us. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks
We frequent Earls a lot and last Friday we found it to be quite noisy which is irritating when you're trying to speak with the people you're with.
No wheelchair access and I’m on a cane. I had to walk up and down the three flights of stairs with my cane. Recommend putting in an elevator.
Went at 5:00 on a week night. Really slow service. From getting the dine around menu which we eventually went and got ourselves, to drinks. One order was messed up but was quickly fixed and a free dessert offered.
Food was quite good once we hailed a waitress down to take our order.
There are better places to go.
Amazing staff whom we have become familiar with and are treated so well. The food is consistent and service is grat
Had an amazing dinner! Food and service were fantastic!
Great service as always. Made a reservation, requested window seating, which they accommodated. Nice setting.
We were seated immediately. Staff was very friendly and the food was amazing. It was the best meal I’ve had in a long time!
It was my husbands birthday, meal was very good, however we ask 3 times for more napkins and our server still forgot. Also I had put down when I reserved the that it was my husbands birthday and our server didn’t even tell us he got a free dessert?!?
We were there for my wife's birthday and just so happens it was the first day for Dining Out promo - bonus.
Excellent server and good was very good.
Fantastic servers! Happy Hour food is great and very good value on both food and drinks.
The HAPPY HOUR drinks and eats are very well priced. The waiter was efficient, but allowed us to have great conversations without interrupting us. I had the Kung Pou Chicken, which was tasty, but was mostly noodles - wasn't on the happy hour menu. The pizza's were a hit, as were the tacos.
Very loud but excellent food and service.
New Years Eve - a very busy place. I'd booked at window table for a small group of us well in advance as we wanted to also view the fire works. When we arrived, though, we were placed at a banquet away from the window. The maitre d', however, accommodated us an had a newly vacated spot set for us.
The only complaint that any of us had was the calamari appetizer - small bits, very hard and chewy. Otherwise we all enjoyed our meals: salmon, back ribs, short ribs, pizza, prawns, etc. Our server was attentive, but not overly so.
Always love dining here! Ask for a window seat to enjoy the view.
I enjoyed the gluten free options and amazing wine!
I requested a window with a view on my reservation. The first booth the hostess brought us to we sank down into the seats. It just wasn't comfortable. When we mentioned this and requested to sit at another booth there was no hesitation from the hostess to bring us to another booth with a view. Easy and effortless!
Got there for happy hour so we were able to get all the same great food for less.
The waitress, Courtney, was outstanding. Location is great and food mediocre.
Haven't been to Earls for years. The seating was super comfortable and you cant't beat the awesome view as we were fortunate to have window seating. Even on a Monday night the noise level was significant....but an enjoyable dinner all the same.
Thanks for a great meal. I won't wait years to come back again.
Our waiter, Shawn, was absolutely wonderful. The service was prompt and attentive and he was extremely personable. We were there for my daughter's 13th birthday and he made her feel special and didn't treat her like a little kid but actually had conversation and joked around with her.
The food was very good and was served very quickly. Everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed their food and drinks.
We will definitely be back.
Whatever was under the restaurants control was fine. Outside the restaurant was less than pleasing with the gentleman taking off his pants and passing out 1/2 naked in November on the sidewalk until an ambulance took him away.
Taylor our server was awesome she knew the menu items extremely well and helped to tailor or menu choices to our tastes
My friend and I both ordered the brunch hash, it came in a skillet and the skillet was hot but the food inside was lukewarm. So they redid it for us and this time I came back warmer.
Great food. Everything was delicious. Getting a window seat facing City park and Bernard Avenue was a great viewpoint as well. The server was around every few minutes and we rarely waited for anything.
As always the food and service were excellent 👍🏻
Earl's in Kelowna and Kamloops is exveptional. Food, service, and Ambience is excellent. Never a disappointment and one of my favorite restaurants. However, Earls Restaurant in Vernon is a huge disappointment. And I live in Vernon. I have been there a few times in the last couple of years, and the service has been terrible, the food has not been good, in fact we've had to send it back a few times. They've gotten the orders mixed up or they've forgotten things off of our plates. And not always the freshest of ingredients. And overall, the restaurant is grungy and dirty. It's like a dirty old Pub vs a nice upscale restaurant like the Earls in Kamloops and Kelowna are. It really needs an overhaul. The glass on the walls where the wine bottles are is smudged and dirty and dusty, the fabric on the tables are dirty and gross. I'm not the only one who feels that way, and other people I know that live in Vernon won't go to Vernon Earl's. I lived in camels for 10 years and Earls is my favorite restaurant. And still hit it up when we go to Kelowna quite frequently. But we totally avoid Vernon Earls and so do a lot of our friends because of it
Normally love the Earls experience but not this time. The food part of the experience didn’t meet expectations which was a first for us.
New menu items were very good. Pumpkin pie on gingerbread crust was delicious!
Every time we go we have great service... we enjoy the wine selection and like the fact that there are healthy food options
GREAT NEW PLANT BASED MENU. FOOD AND SERVICE FANTASTIC. WINE A LITTLE BIT
Always enjoy the Kelowna Earl's. Food and service great.
Had a great time, see you next Sunday! One thing I noticed for 2 separate times, the eggs arrive on the moderate to cool side in temperature. I did send back the first time it occurred but this Sunday my guests and I decided to grin & bear it. Still great value and we will be back but the eggs should be at least hot. On a fixed income, it’s definitely a treat to be able to treat someone to brunch at a great price.
Server was awesome
Waterfront view beautiful

Earls continues to be a solid choice for good food and reasonable value. Kelowna Earls has a fantastic marina view and location that makes for extra fun.
Celebrating my husband’s birthday
A very lively place with rooftop bar and the food was good for a casual place . It is a great place for 20-30 age group . Great cocktails and good selection of casual fare
