   The service was slow and we sat for a long time before anyone brought us a glass of water. This is not the usuals experience I have a Earls. I felt that a lot of the staff was new and inexperienced.

   Awful experience. Would have rated it a zero stars across the board if that was an option. Not disable or elderly friendly restaurant. Almost like they discriminate against this cohort of people. Couldn't even access the restaurant. Long flight of stairs, no elevator. They admit that inaccessibility is a problem, but do nothing about it. Was a waste of time. To all disabled and elderly potential patrons, stay away!!!

   Overall was a good experience for the 4 of us only one dish, the pasta was very bland therefore was not eaten. Didn’t send it back but after the server returned it to the kitchen and noticed it wasn’t eaten he took it off the bill. That was very impressive in my opinion. Thank you for paying attention!    Hailey our waitress was terrific. It's just a shame that costs have risen to the point where we, the customers, feel that it's getting to be just to expensive to go out for dinner much.

    Food was great as always. Noise was so high we had issue talking to one another. Maybe having a noisier section and a quieter one would be a great idea. We skipped dessert because we could not take the noise anymore. Or maybe we are too old and we should go elsewhere.

    The window seat was lovely: may need sunglasses. Side of lobster sat on top of shell and made it easy to nibble on. The pizza was delicious.

    Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Earl's! We had the Shredded Chicken Club and it was very tasty. The view is beautiful and the Okanagan sunshine did not disappoint. Would highly recommend!

    Food was great our waitress was very attentive but, the bar service was super slow. Drinks took a while to be made and once we finished our first drink our drinks sat empty. They missed out on 2 rounds of drinks.

    They were very slow to attend to us after being seated (no water in glasses on a hot day) but without me even opening my mouth the waitress apologized and told us our drinks we were finally able to order were on them. That made it a 4/10 experience to an 8/10 experience. Well done.

    Disappointed that the patio wasn't open and we did not find out until we arrived. Waitress had trouble with drink order and oyster identification. Sushi was mushy and seemed overpriced.

    Earls is one of our favorite restaurants so we decide to try Kelowna's earls. Avocado mexican corn dip to start: chips were all stale, instead of bringing out a new dish he brought us out fresh chips 15 minutes later and left the stale chips. Steak tenderloin: over cooked Ceasers: doubles- showed up in a different glass everytime which was larger everytime. Overall experience was below satisfactory. I will not be visiting Earls Kelowna again!

    Well we love our Tuesdays at earls for 1/2 price wine but even more we look forward to their wings which they did not have. Then wanted to have pepperoni on the pizza and they had non 😢😢 So we ate different foods but I guess we like what we like!
