                                                                                                                            When I arrived with my friend I initially didn't have a reservation. the waitress told us that it would be a 30 min wait. then quickly check on on OPEN TABLE and I noticed TONES of spots/ reservations available. So i quickly booked the 11:15pm slot and walked back over the the waitress ( red hair). She then told me that open table is always in accurate and there are tones of "glitches " with the app. I asked her " so my OpenTable reservation is not acceptable?". she then preceded to tell me " yes we always have these issues with Open table, showing spots that arent actually available. We then had to sit down & wait for a table, even though we saw a ton of empty tables on the other end of the resultant. Over all very confusing

I had explicitly mentioned that I need celebrate my husband's bday and need standard seating. The noise level was so high and was bluntly said, we can't help you.

Food was good, not great although my spaghettini was excellent. The sticky toffee pudding for dessert was a little more than a chocolate cupcake. They shd renanme.

Arrived for my reservation time and was seated right away. Lovely restaurant seating environment. I was served the wrong cook of steak, but the manager had noticed before I did. He was very apologetic, and had it fixed right away. Only recommendation is serving fresh water with ice. It was warm tap water. I will be back, thanks Earls!

                                                                                                                            Everything was good. Our server was amazing as always. I have been dining at Earls quite often although yesterday, this happened for the first time so I decided to write a review. I was almost done my meal when I felt the need to drink and my refillable iced tea was done so I asked from 3 different wait staff if I could get a refill l - each of them said the same thing “i will get your server” but no one came after 15mins. This lady specially (i didnt get her name) but she looks like the Instagrammer Charlie D’amelio. She walked passed our table, I asked her nicely if she could refill my glass, she delivered an irritable response of “ill get your server” without even stopping - like she was walking while saying that. She didn’t even go look for our server who was at that time, at the other end of our area cleaning 2 tables. After 10mins, still without my iced tea, she walked pass again and I was looking at here and she just looked away. When we were walking out, she was by the reception desk and not a single word or smile or even an apology.

Ordered bottle of wine which never came. Then waiter arrived at the end and pointed to the tip option and was surprised when challenged about the service, it was the first we saw of him since he bought the food. Not good enough, will not be returning.

Prices have increased noticeably. Friendly service.

                                                                                                                            Super confused staff when we arrived we were 5 minutes early for our reservation and they asked us to wait until our server started at 4. Which makes sense although we were just standing in everyone’s way as they sat walk ins un til we had to ask what was the plan. This is the second time this has happened at earls in the last two weeks. Good and service was impeccable once seated but the hostess area needs substantial training

                                                                                                                            I have been many, many times and honestly was not impressed with the food today. The shrimp cocktail was ridiculous. Suggest you go to the Keg and see what you get, for less! The filet steak was an end tip, no a prime piece. My requests to my server were basically ignored so didn’t bother telling her about the food.

It is such a cool restaurant and our server was super friendly and attentive considering how busy it was. It IS really loud in there but that is likely to do with how busy it was. Definitely make a reservation if you want to try it — we went on a Tuesday and the hostess was estimating 1-2 hours for a party of 2 and was very grateful we made a reservation beforehand.

                                                                                                                            This was my husbands and my first dining experience at Earls. We promptly arrived for our reservation and were immediately brought to our table by a lovely host… after getting to table we waited almost 10 mins before the waiter arrived to take our drink order. I said to him I felt as though we were forgotten about. He chuckled and asked if we were ready to order. We were. Upon the arrival of our appetizer he hadn’t even set us up with plates and cutlery. Another waitress did this. Long story shorter, This waiter seemed to be spending more time behind the bar… not once did he come by during our meal to see how it was or if anything else was wanted including drinks… if we were to go back again we would definitely not want to be seated in his area.. Good timing for service, as you only have a limited time for dinner, but we didn't feel rushed. Service could have been better. We needed to ask for cutlery and serviettes. Our waiter never refilled our wine glasses, we did it ourselves.

                                                                                                                            Restaurant is undergoing menu changes so some items were unavailable. My top two selections were not available so I settled on a Caesar salad. Our server and management were kind enough to remove that from our bill - that was unexpected and so kind of the restaurant. Our server was excellent even though he was new, the ambience of the restaurant is great, and the food amazing as always.
