Food was great however when adding protein to a salad it was asked if we wanted full breast or half, a bit shocked to see a $14 charge to add chicken, makes for a pricey salad!

Would be nice to have some sort of “barrier” between tables where they are side by side. Servers quickly took care of discrepancy on bill. Also appreciated the complimentary birthday dessert!!

By far this was the best experience we have had at any Earls we have been too. Our server was outstanding even though she had a large party we never felt neglected. All the other Earls around should take tips from the Langley location!

Priced at a level one would expect to deliver a remarkable experience, but it wasn't. It was average. It seemed like a menu designed by committee. Every dish contained the minimum acceptable volume of ingredients - my Kung Pao had 5 bites of chicken, for example. Flavors were cautious - timid even. By the time we got to the car, we had run out of things to say about our dinner. Worst of all though, our table got one menu which had been missed in a recent price increase, so we got to see what we would have paid for our dinner a few days earlier. And it was a HUGE jump! The dish my wife ordered was 20% more expensive in the new menu. That is an insane amount to increase your prices by at once.

I had salmon and it was over cooked, the kids had chicken strips that were over cooked. My daughter enjoyed her sushi and my granddaughter loved the cheesecake. The waitress was very pleasant but we won’t be back due to the food.

Food was great, but our server was terrible. Not sure her name but it seemed like she was not having a great day. Pink hair. She made us feel like she wanted nothing to do with us. Had to ask her for refills, twice for my receipt and she just printed off the table receipt and not my individual receipt and said this is what you get. Anyways, not an ideal birthday experience ha.

Great salads, good beef, excellent noodle bowl, perfect fries! Great cocktails. We tried quite a few and liked the Marilyn Montroe the most! Try new things or go with the traditional classics.

We reserved for the patio as there were no dining room options available. Unfortunately, Earls Langley had no sun shades so half of our party had to squish into the shaded part of our table-so not ideal. One of our party ordered the Santa Fe chicken salad which arrived without chicken-we notified the wait staff and the kitchen too a long time to have the chicken ready-our party had finished eating by then, and this dish was not comped, nor was there an apology given. Unfortunately, our party has agreed that we will frequent Cactus Club moving forward, and hope that Earls service will improve because we all do like the food.

Our favourite restaurant, food and service is always A+, this recent visit, our server wasn’t very friendly.. and took a really long time for her to come back with our cheque. Still gave her a good tip, maybe she was just having an off day. Usually the service is top notch. Will still be back!

Service was amazing from start to finish. It was pretty noisy in there for it being the dining area. Went for a birthday and they didn’t comp the dessert, but all the signs seemed like they were going to. Was a but disappointed to see the $13 charge on the bill

met up with two friends for dinner. i had booked a dinning room table but when they arrived they suggested we sit outside. the ladies there took such great care of us. they moved us easily to a new table outside. seating was extremely comfy and the ladies serving us were so attentive and even though it was busy and we did expect a wait for our food she was extremely apologetic and made sure we were aware that the kitchen was running behind. i don’t drink alcohol so i always get the remedy drink. i am so thankful they have great non alcoholic drinks so i don’t feel excluded and their vegan menu is also awesome. thank you Earls. great staff and good and drinks

They took an hour to send out the food We were with 5 kids starving for food. We ended up having dinner at 8.30 pm They didn’t know that we’re celebrating a Birthday even though I clarified in the reservation I asked for a birthday cake and the waitress said that it probably won’t be free because she didn’t know about the birthday … Very disappointing dinner
