Delicious food! We felt the food had levelled up from previous experiences. The service was wonderful. The young gal helping us was super patient. Checked on us but left us alone so my girlfriend and I could chat without interruption. Thank you

The food is average and the space is nice. I had wings and the pizza - the wings were probably a bit salty, and the pizza not enough. The price point is similar to Cactus but everything's a step down.

I booked a table online for 6 for Saturday 7pm and I mentioned in the notes that it's my friend's birthday so please bring our a small cake/brownie for her after dinner. I also mentioned this to the lady in the front who sat us. We finished eating, paid our bill and there was no cake. My friends had no idea that I had asked for a cake for the birthday girl so they stood up to leave and I kept looking for the server and she was no where to be found. My friends started leaving not knowing what was missed out. It was my friends birthday I wanted us to all celebrate it there but that just left me disappointed. Now to the food and service, food took too long to come, we had to ask the server 4 times and we were told that it's almost here. We ordered the food at around 7:50pm and we received the food around 8:35pm. We had 2 orders that had fries and they were horrible, cold and burnt, felt like they were refried several times. Ordered a Negroni and it tasted awful. The plant based burger was cold which makes it difficult to swallow. We usually go to Cactus and for once we thought of coming to Earls and what a horrible experience it has been. I paid a bill of $175 + around $80 for my other friends, we also tipped the server well. That's an expensive meal to pay for when the service and the food was not good at all. Never again going to Earls!!

Food was okay. My friend ordered the Cajun chicken dinner and I ordered the truffle ravioli with steak. She was really happy with her meal, mine was okay, steak over cooked and I’ve ordered this meal before during the week and it was better. Different cooks on the weekends maybe? Not sure. The server was friendly and the overall vibe there is good. The service and the fact they had the white chocolate crème brûlée desert this time saved it for me.

Sophie was absolutely fantastic, she was pleasant and lovely. Her service was impeccable. However your hostess, Milana Cherry gave us dirty looks and rolling her eyes the entire time we were there. She even went as far as speaking about my party to other employees while pointing and laughing in our direction. Food was very good but the bacon on the bacon cheddar burger was not cooked thoroughly. I hope there are disciplinary actions towards the hostess.

Our server McKaylie was horrendous. Didn’t listen to a thing I said when I wanted fries for my kids asap and a starter. 15 mins goes by I check in. She didn’t go check. Another 10 and I asked about the fries and starter and she says “oh I punched it all together”. I’m sorry what? That’s not how I ordered and my kids were getting hungry hence the fries asap. Her attitude was so unprofessional. My kids dad tipped her out of being a nice guy but she was horrendous. The food was then cold since she brought out the starter 2 minutes before our food which clearly was already ready. No apologies. Nothing. Blatant disrespect.

We have a wonderful evening enjoying dinner with our family of 5. Our server was lovely. She was kind and patient with our children. The service staff were on top of taking away empties. If We could afford visiting more, this would be apart of our regular dining out rotation. The food came out in a timely manner and everything was fresh. Thank you for a great evening.

Week nights are better as far as the noise level. We could actually hear each other & had a pleasant visit. Service was good. Steaks were just ok. Unfortunately they were over done and probably should have sent them back. Ribs were excellent!

A friend’s birthday. Sophie was our server. She was very pleasant and efficient. I was disappointed that chili chicken had been removed from the menu and there was no Pinot Grigio of any kind in the bar. Obviously nothing to do with her. Overall we had a pleasant visit with our friend. Thank you.
