It was nice to get back to a restaurant for a meal and the food and service were very good. My friends and I quit going to Earl’s some time ago because it was too noisy and we found the music too loud again. The server got it lowered a bit when we asked but don’t know if we’ll go back again knowing that conversation is so difficult.
The service e,food and cleanliness was all perfect!

Overall we always love visiting Earls. The Tofu Teriyaki bowl was Excellent! Me being Celiac am so very grateful that your staff is knowledgable about keeping my food safe and that you have a designated gluten free deep fryer so I can enjoy your fries!! More Gluten free options would be much appreciated in the future (you do not have a lot of options compared to other restaurants) as well as Vegan options for my friends. Keep up the good work! Please bring back the Warm Kale Salad :)
This is Myrtle Hume , Charles does not use Computers usually. I mad the Reservations. Charles did not feel enough precautions were taken re, Bare hands often, Kitchen staff had no gloves on when handling some food. Also one person drinking from under counter which he felt should be done in the back room etc. So although good it as felt more not less need to be done to assure no Virus gets in the Restaurant. The problem with earls is that they constantly want to throw chilli pepper over everything now if you like that ok, but if you don’t it makes for an unpleasant meal. I would have no problem if they stated on the menu that the dish had chillies on it, but they never do.
Even though we said that we wanted to START with the salad and have our entrees after; everything came at once. It was not that busy so a little more attention could have been taken.
First time out after the government has put into phases for reopening. Disappointed that Earl’s has changed their happy hour time very discretely to end at 5pm. I made reservations for 5:30pm hoping to catch happy hour which always ended at 6pm. That already started the experience off on the wrong foot. The food was good but seems like prices has risen quite a lot.
Sadly I would not go back to Earl’s for a while.
What a treat to be able to actually go to a restaurant for a meal after 2 months of self isolating. Thoroughly enjoyed our meals and getting out. Waiters all masked but wonderfully attentive.
Food came very late, one hour waiting, food was cold.
Not just my dish all our groups meal were the same cold.

Very nice place unfortunately the waitress was wearing a mask, so,poor beautiful girl... besides that, everything was great!!!
We really enjoyed our first date night out at a restaurant during Phase 2 of the pandemic. We were a little concerned about the busyness of the place, but we also were thankful for employees wearing masks, and dealing with our service with care. The food was great!
It was so nice to be back eating in a restaurant. Tables were spaced apart and servers wore masks. The food tasted great!
Salmon is good, service could be improved. Would try again

We go to this Earls often. This particular time, I enjoyed my non-alcoholic drink Remedy. It has the ginger and turmeric, a kick to the taste for better immune system. The steaks and garlic bread were a little too salty for my liking. The chefs need to be "mindful" how much salt and pepper and how long to cook the steaks and garlic bread. My kids always LOVE chicken tenders and regular fries. The kitchen didn't disappoint them. They finished all. That's all. Highly recommend for just a night out for any occasion. :)
Visited this location for a business meeting. Our table was ready when we arrived, and we were greeted by a friendly hostess. Our server was very attentive without interrupting our conversations. The food came out in a timely fashion and everyone was happy with their dishes. Great experience all around.
We arrived and the host brought us to our table. We waited about 15mins before being greeted by our server. I just thought the wait was too long, esp if you have a baby and needed prompt service. It wasnt busy and saw a few servers hanging around in the back. Food was not exceptionally great. It seemed regular and didnt have a wow factor. I do recommend the restaurant to friends because of convenience of location.
Having made a reservation for 5, I would have preferred a better table... we were seated at a 4 person booth with a chair on the end when there were a number of other tables available at the time.

It was so noisy by 12:30 pm that I was having trouble carrying on a conversation. Old ears perhaps might account for this issue :-)

Went to Earls for happy hour and they were out of Sangria!! Other than this it was a great experience, but would recommend to plan better to have all drinks available.

The servers seemed completely confused on what stage we were at for anything. I would almost think it was all trainees. They were lovely, but I’m guessing they were very new at serving.
Coffee was never topped up. Had to ask for things more than once. Even when we were done, I had to flag someone down to take away the plates.
We were just friends catching up, so not in any rush. Just really not what I’m used to with Earls.
Then when we were paying, the server was apologizing for the service (we didn’t complain) saying it was busy.
I wouldn’t have mentioned any of this to you had you not sent the survey.
Will definitely be back.

Good place to catch up with friends and family. It was the first time been there that reserved online through opentable. High recommend as a good place for happy hour. Nice menu and fantastic dishes presentation. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
Too loud and too slow 2hours 15 min to get food with 3 small children.
Maybe skip the dishes is bogging down the kitchen.
When food finally came out it was delicious.Not a great first impression but would give it another chance

Half the food we attempted to order was not available, no burger buns, no chicken teriyaki, etc. Server was unenthusiastic and it felt like pulling straws to get anything even a water refill. Likely will not go back, even though the price was decent
