Server was very nice :)
Food is super greasy and over seasoned. Bugs flying around our tables (indoor), table was dirty when we seat as well had to ask for a wipe cleaning. I will avoid this Earl's location in the future
Good food. Good service. Coffee was not hot, but the waitress quickly replaced it with fresh hot coffee.

The sign outside said those with reservations to come in. We went in and was told to go back outside. The temperature in the dining room was too cold for us. Service waa really slow. Drink order was incorrect but resolved. Some menu item unavailable but they did not tell us ahead of time so we had to reselect our food. We even had to ask the server to take our plates away. Food was good; chicken was tasty. When we reserved the website asked if this was a special event which it was (milestone birthday) but no staff brought this up... so why bother asking? Other restaurants would comp a dessert but not here.
I think that servers that wear a mask need to know that they need to speak more clearly and louder as they are harder to hear due to the mask.
Really taking the physical distancing the seriously. Great food.

With all of the safety measures in place, I felt fairly safe being out in a restaurant. I did notice that the glassware seemed to be dirty though and didn’t end up using my water cup.
The food was tasty, but a bit overpriced and they were out of the rosé wine my friend and I wanted to purchase for half-off Tuesday.
Ordered their famous fettucine alfredo with my sister, it was very dry, not creamy and lacked seasoning in both plates. It tasted like cardboard. Also, the pasta was undercooked. I couldnt even finish it.
We came in for brunch on Saturday. It was an exceptional deal, and everything was as delicious as I remember Earl's food being. The employees all wore masks, the tables were spaced out, they served us water in a carafe and a plate of wipes, and they've implemented a really neat system where you can scan a qr code on the table to pay the bill online. It's super easy, I didn't need any app set up, and the bill was split up so we could have paid separately. This was my first time eating in since the pandemic measures were put in place and I was super impressed. The atmosphere was still maintained despite all the care that was taken to provide a safe experience.
Overall, i had a great time at Earl's. The food was excellent and the server we had was very nice and friendly.
The only complaint i have is...I booked for patio seating but when i got there, the hostess just pointed to a table inside and asked the other hostess to seat us there. When i asked for the patio, all she said was "it's not available" and nothing else. I found that quite rude.
What's the point in giving the option to book the patio if you're not gonna accommodate it?

It was extremely good and quiet and we ended up talking for hours and were extremely comfortable and it was a good time.
Still my happy hour favs. Practise social distancing inside Earl's, all friendly staff on mask, we felt safe dining in.
I have been going to Earls for as long as I can remember and have had always had a good experience. Happy hour used to be until 6pm and it changed, so it’s only until 5pm now. The regular portions are significantly smaller Now than what’s they used to be. Salad for almost $20 come on a flat plate, instead of a bowl type plate. Overall, the service was not good, the were barely any people in the restaurant yet the server never came to fill up our water carafes, not once until the end when we were paying our bill. Overall and for the price of the menu, I expected better service and normal sized portions.
Service was great, I had my steak redone and they never questioned or argued, it was deletions, Our waitress was so nice and attentive.

Great location and mostly good food but service has been poor 3 straight visits. Just getting drinks took 30 minutes with a restaurant that was half empty. Will not visit this location again.

Extra surcharges never mentioned, sketchy pricings for my margaritas.
I had an extra dirty caesar with light ice, watery and so bland
Burger was dry and no mentioned for additional $4.50 for garlic fries... burgers come with fries? why the extra charge?
Passionfruit margarita was good
Passionafruit and mango margarita was super sweet with the fixing of additional margarita mix did not remedy drink plus server charged me more for this drink even when i ordered within happy hour timing
3 drinks (1 sketchy price drink) and one burger (with additional charge of garlic fries) all during happy hour and tips $60. I don't think I'd be back even if someone else was treating. No Thank you.

I would recommend this particular Earl's as I felt very safe with their COVID-19 protocols. The tables on the patio were very well spaced and our hostess and server were very good. I will return at a future date.

Our first server when we arrived, Joey, was very courteous, friendly, and attentive. After about an hour, he informed us that his shift was over and his colleague Ryland would be taking care of us. Ryland was far less attentive, only checking on us a few times throughout the rest of the night.
We were seated on the patio, which was not particularly busy on this Thursday night; however, the part that bothered us the most was by the end of the night (around 11pm), there were multiple mice scurrying around the patio grounds, getting close to the few tables that were left seated outside--including us.
Overall, the visit was less than pleasant which is disappointing as we usually enjoy our meals at Earls Richmond.

This was one of our first outgoings during COVID. Both my partner and I were excited to have a dining experience, as well as celebrate our anniversary.
Everything was good except we left feeling like we were inconveniencing the waitress.
She didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. Or cared to serve us. We had to ask numerous times for a refill, did not follow instructions with my food order ( maybe she did, and the staff missed the note?) but when I pointed it out she was annoyed she had to go back, and fix it. Did not bother addressing the error. Just dropped it back and left.
We noticed she was refilling everyone else’s drinks and checking in at other tables... left is wondering why us?
If I didn’t know any better almost felt like a ethnicity issue.

This was my first time dining in a restaurant since COVID-19, and also my first happy hour at Earls. I’ve heard some good things but overall, the experience was unfortunately very underwhelming. The Moscow mules were very watered down...it deterred us from wanting to order another drink. The yam fries were good and the pizza was good too, but the gyozas were not crispy enough. As with the service, it was good; all the servers and hosts wore masks and they sat everyone at a good distance to make social distancing easier.

Our server was really awesome and patient with us. Very nice and understanding.

Food service quality were as expected. Prices seemed somewhat high. Noise level in the restaurant was unacceptably loud . Suggest we modify the ceiling to stop reflected noise.

Setting was patio and the server accommodated us very well. Just drinks was a bit of a delay had to remind server, but overall very good. The food is always consistently good. Drinks were delicious as well.
