We were absolutely delighted with the experience. The food was delicious and left us wanting more. Alyssa, the Filipina server, provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable dining experience. Her attentiveness and warm demeanor truly added to our enjoyment of the meal. We left feeling extremely satisfied and will definitely be returning soon. Great job to Alyssa and the entire team for their outstanding hospitality.

Had to call manager over to take our main order. Friday night one server in a section. 1 hour was a bit much. Server did apologize. We go to earls all the time. It might be a while again.

Due to large groups there, the noise level was super high. My husband ordered a meal and he had said 3 oz and we thought the waitress had heard him. When we got the bill we discovered it was a 6oz. We didn’t expect that. It was a mistake that we didn’t bring up with the restaurant. That being said perhaps not seat small groups next to a group of 45

Excellent ambience , service. , food for my birthday dinner and a double date dinner! — the fries came out cold so we sent them back and got another set of fries and they were still mediocre so didn’t bother sending them back ,we just ate them. We were starving! But overall had a great time

Usually excellent all around. Not sure if it’s the mid-week thing or what but the warm potato salad had HUGE pieces and one was almost raw. The first Caesar drink I ordered didn’t taste remotely like a Caesar. I sent it back and she brought me a ‘traditional’ Caesar which was pretty good except it had weird pickley thing in the bottom that were off putting. Plus they served it with a sweet dill pickle. Yuck! When are bartenders gonna get that the ‘original’ Caesar with a celery stalk and a lime wedge is totally and completely delicious and that’s all that’s needed. Plus quit messing with the ingredients……..WORCESTERSHIRE sauce, TABASCO (not just any old pepper sauce) and REAL MOTT’S Clamato juice and of course celery salted rim. I personally make one of the best Caesar’s on the planet so I’m very picky.

Easily booked a table online for later that day. Taken to our table where table had been wiped but both bench chairs were covered with crumbs and food debris.We asked if the bench chairs could be wiped. When food arrived, chicken strips were overdone, hard and dry. Two burgers arrived with stale, hard buns. Side Caesar salad had excessive dressing needed for salad of that size. The burgers were replaced with a $4 discount on each. Not worth the bill received at the conclusion of our dinner. My family and I appreciate the high quality and consistency of the Earls brand. The dissatisfaction with the experience at this location has worsened after three visits. As a result, we will not return to dine at this location.

The servers were nice and food was so yummy!! We ordered Margherita Pizza and Bangkok ball. Their taste was absolutely amazing:) I will visit there soon again!

We came back again today for brunch after an amazing experience yesterday. Today, we were going to get some brunch but we ended up getting the new dish called Truffle Parmesan Chicken because our server Aisha and your host Sophia suggested and explained so well that we couldn't wait for the nect time. It was again an awesome experience!! I love Earls Richmond!

I'm speechless on how their service is always consistent and the food is just amazing. My server's name was Maia who did an excellent job creating memorable experience fornme and my partner. We will come back again!!

Had a great time celebrating my birthday with Earls! The hosts acknowledged my reservation note and made it extra special, and the bartender made me a perfect cocktail. 10/10 experience!

Last time I ordered the Bangkok bowl, it was overly salty. This time I requested light salt and it was delicious. The flavours came through and each bite delicious.

Disappointing dinner for 5. Not a special occasion. The room is gorgeous. Noisy, but it’s always been that way. The temperature in the room was way to high. We were seated right away. Now to the food. 1) Cajun chicken cheddar sandwich, dry terrible bun, tasteless tomato, bland cheddar, over all not great. 2) truffle tortellini, gummy, awful, way overpriced, I guess anything is when it’s this bad 3) vegan Bangkok bowl, excellent! Huge portion, we all should have had it. 4) margarita pizza, only ok, sadly, the pizza is usually excellent. Service, started off good, then downhill quickly. We had to chase him down to get side plates for the pizza, no follow up after to service to see if we had everything we needed. Never saw him again, the staff was having too much fun socializing at the front, again I had to approach him to ask for a pizza box. Was it an off night? I We wont know for awhile, we’ll be taking a break from the Richmond Earl’s.

Had a reservation, arrived on time yet still had to wait 15 minutes because the table wasn’t ready. The restaurant was half empty. Guests arrived after us and were seated first. Food came out cold. Just overall a lousy experience, definitely not what we expect when we dine at other earls locations. Definitely won’t be back here.

Not sure if something changed about celebration practice. We were there to celebrate a birthday but nothing was done to address it. A bit disappointed. Also, the server was very busy and we waited half an hour for water refill. 😅

For years we used to enjoy Earls several times a month. Not so any more. So many of our favorite food items have been removed from the menu, and the prices have increased tremendously. They blame inflation, yet other similar restaurants have not increased their prices nearly as much. Too bad... we used to love Earls.

Food is overall too salty. Pizza crust was soggy. Waiter spilt sauce on my friend's chair without even aware of it. He also spilt hot water on my friend's chair when collecting cups, almost got my friend. Other Earl's seem not as bad as this one.

My reservation was for 10 people, which I reserved a week prior. We were given a seating just behind the bar, too loud, too busy! We were seniors, with 2 of my companions wearing hearing aids. The noise from the bar is too much for them to handle. They didn’t enjoy their dinner. Conversation is impossible with the amount of noise

Always a pleasure coming in to Earls. I got served by Amanda in a quiet Tuesday lunch. It has been always best time to come with my clients to have meetings here. Service is excellent as well as the food was just beautiful.

Kayla in the lounge area is always attentive and very efficient with drink and food orders. I never had to flag her down as she's always checking to see how we're doing. Great service. I'm definitely going to be a regular here.
