I had the best dining experience in my life in this location Earls Lansdowne. Rachel was the one who served us for the happy hours. She was so kind and lovely. Very attentive with the service. I really loved having a conversation with her. She should be recognized and she deserves it. I would definitely come back to get another awesome dining experience with my family If Rachel could serve us again!!

Food was okay, not outstanding but the service was wonderful. Our server was attentive and came to us at the right moments. This was a weekday dinner though so the true test would be the weekend service.

Happy hour getting pricey, but still a nice evening out with friends. Love the sushi tacos, and drink specials but missing that they removed all their burgers and sandwiches. The pizza offerings are disappointing now. Thicker crusts and fewer toppings They used to be my fav. Many other favs like wings, rib bites and calamari are things of the past too.

Servers need to take our allergy request seriously and be knowledgeable of what’s on dishes. My girlfriend had a almond allergy and can end up hospitalized if consumed. We got our dish out with almonds on it and she tried to say it was quinoa. Better attention should be paid to ensure foods made correctly and allergies are noted to kitchen staff. This is my second visit here and my second time dealing with allergy issues that were ignored. Hopefully this can get addressed as we enjoy eatting here.

The waiting staff were outstanding and they were fully supported by 2 floor managers and buyers. The food was brought out exactly as requested and was delicious. To add to all this it was 1/2 price wine bottle night so we got a red favorite at a better than reasonable price. In all, a wonderful Valentines dinner.

Overall the food , service and atmosphere was very good. One of our friend though developed an allergic reaction. He had ordered the blackened chicken I believe, and he had told the waiter not to put any cilantro. But maybe something else made it into the food?

Had a reasonable time with a couple of close friends at Earls on Friday evening. Our server, Ingrid, provided exceptional service! The food was delicious, the Rhino pale ale on point, and the wine met expectations. But we were all shocked by the unusually high prices on food and drink! The ambiance was extremely noisy--the music volume was way too loud and definitely not conducive to dinner conversation. The three of us dropped a combined $395 that evening (including a $60 tip) so we'd have to think twice about coming back.

Taking my mother and aunt out to meet with my niece and her boyfriend. They were not able to get together with us over Christmas. Unfortunately, for the serving staff, the computer system was out so they were writing down everybody’s orders. They were very lovely and the management came over three or four times to our table. Our server was quite slow, but again the circumstances were not Great. When they realized that my mom’s food was cold and so was my aunts, they offered to replace it when we said no because we had waited quite a while and we didn’t want to eat our dinner ahead of them they comped the two meals. They all were very apologetic and quite lovely and handled. The stressful circumstances of the computer system being down quite well. The noise level in that restaurant is terrible but I believe that of most Earls.

The Margherita pizza barely had any cheese on it. Disappointed. It was a nice thin pizza though. The truffle fries were good. Nice waiter and waitresses.
