Very good food and enjoyed ourselves Only hipcup was had to wait a long time to receive the check. We had a show to be at so we had to put our coats on and stand up to get the servers attention

We went to Earl's with 6 adult family members, whom we do not see very often because of logistics. Our service was good, but the food was below poor. Four family members ordered Canadian Prime Sirloin, came with garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, the whole meal was very very salty to the point of uneatable, the add-on mushrooms were totally uneatable, so salty & way overcooked. Very expensive at $34.75 & $39.75! One family member ordered the Santa Fe Chicken Salad, the Cajun chicken was so over spiced and full of many many dates, the dates overpowered the salad. I ordered the Cajun Chicken Cheddar Sandwich, which I order every time I go to an Earl's, the Cajun chicken as beyond uneatable, overcooked and soooooooo spicey and salty. Worse I have ever had. The topping, bun and side was ok. Our total bill was $199.75 before tax and tip! We all had water to drink. We all have always enjoyed Earl's, but this experience was absolutely terrible. Yes, we did mention all to the waitress, she did replace the Cajun chicken for a garlic chicken breast for the salad, but no mention of anything else. Will we go back, most likely not. Unfortunate, as we have enjoyed Earl's many times before.

Lots of staff seemed to be working but it took forever for us to get service. Pizza was underdone pasta was under done. My family member who is hard of hearing was given attitude by the waitress for asking to clarify her question. No one checked on us to see how the food tasted. While paying our bills the waitress stood there and didn’t say a word. I don’t think she smiled at all during our time. I haven’t been to earls for a long time and sadly it will be a long time until we return if ever. Very unimpressed. I also found the food extremely overpriced for what it was.

Waitress provided POOR service. Did nor refill water until meal was complete. In spite of poor service, I gave her a 15% tip and she never even said THANKS. VER UNUSUAL for Earls, I had chicken tenders and it was numerous small pieces of chicken. No the usual bigger pieces.

I am impressed that the restaurant has kept the separations in the booths. Most places completely removed them but I think it adds to the privacy and quiet atmosphere. I went out for supper with my friends and was actually able to hear them and join in the conversation. The food was great and the portions were bigger than expected for a small salad. As a celiac individual, I had the spring greens and grains (toasted quinoa) with a grilled chicken breast. It was delicious, priced well, and definitely enough. Would recommend for sure.

DON'T order the guacamole and nacho chips!!! My lips and mouth were burned to the point of blistering when I bit into a nacho chip and a pocket of extremely hot oil spurted everywhere. It was so painful. We told the server and she said she would "tell the kitchen". Nothing else. You would think the management might be concerned. So grateful it wasn't one of the two young children at our table who bit into the chips first. Imagine. And to not acknowledge it is just bad service. Definitely not impressed.

Very good place to eat! Love their cajon cheddar sandwich with the side of fettucine alfredo. Always a favorite place to go with and family! Never have had a poor meal!
