   It was 8:50 on a Friday evening and the restaurant is a mess and seemed to be understaffed. I saw several tables with glass ranks on the tabletops. Overall poor experience.

   Waiter had terrible body odor that made dinning experience unpleasant. Food was sub par for inflated price. Cajun chicken burger patty was very thin and burger was not worth 20$+ dollars that was paid.

   When we arrived and waited to be seated, we looked around to see lots of food on the floors in the restaurant. As well the table edges were worn down. An overall tired and dirty appearance. The sirloin steaks were not very tender and difficult to cut. The tortellini stated it had seasonal vegetables in the dish along with spinach. It had one asparagus spear, 4-5 mushrooms, and maybe 4-5 spinach leaves. Not exactly what I expected when it said seasonal vegetables. There is no bread served to start. We found the price of all our dishes to be over priced and the high price did not match the quality of food served. It was Mother’s Day Sunday dinner and the restaurant was half full. Now we know why.

    Very nice Sunday brunch at Earl's! Service was excellent and food was delicious. I enjoyed the crab cake and 3-cheese dip, others enjoyed the various eggs Bennys. We'll be back!

    Really amazing night from start to finish. Our table was ready as soon as we walked in the door, the service team was attentive and so friendly the manager even came over to say "Hi" as well. We got a few drinks and we tried the ribs and cajun chicken, with the creme brulee to finish. Will definetily be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family!

    SO noisy! We couldn’t have a conversation at all. We asked for more chips for our appetizer which never came. We ordered another beer, that never came. Our dirty dishes sat on our table for quite awhile. Food was excellent.

    This is our second visit to this venue and both times we waited over 10 minutes for someone to come to our table. Your initial contact with customers needs to improve. Someone should greet us and get us drinks asap. Both times I had to ask for service. Not acceptable. We will NOT be back. It is sad because your food and drinks were so yummy but it us not worth the poor service. The manager never even came to our table. Your prices are fine dining but your service does not reflect this. Secondly it is exceptionally loud there. They need to figure out acoustics in there because it is distracting. Not a happy customer.

    Extremely disappointed, have been to Earl’s many times, but last night was not a good experience. The service was exceptionally slow so much that each time the server apologized for delays. Ordered the peppercorn steak which was served cold along with cold vegetables. For the price you would expect better.

    Burnt the 3 oz steak. Then took 20 mins to bring out the new entree after everyone else at the table were finished their meals. The pasta was dry from sitting in the air or under the heating lamp while waiting for the replacement steak to be made. Did not eat the dish. The only thing good about this unfortunate $230 outing was that the server, Hanz was very nice and the drinks were good. Crab cakes were soggy and the fish inside of it was old. The oysters however, were well prepared and tasty. I frequent this establishment often for business meals, but this was the first time I brought my family. They were quite disappointed in the food. We will still give it another try. Maybe it was just an off day.

    Very disappointed with the $52 beef tenderloin which was pretty much the worse one my husband ever has had in a restaurant as it was in the right side and overcooked. My meal was just okay - chicken biryani. We had calamari for a starter and there wasn't a lot of calamari and what was on the plate was very small calamari rings but there was quite a lot of cauliflower on the plate along with jalapenos. We don't plan on going back as it wasn't great and is overpriced for what you get. Also, service was slow and my husband didn't get the 2nd beer he ordered.

    Our server Mya was attentive friendly and helpful with questions around the menu. The plant based menu is great! I had the crispy tofu tacos and my friend had the truffle tortellini both really good. Please consider adding a great plant based dessert though- it’s the one thing that wasn’t available.     We were absolutely blown out of the water; and you will be too! We could not believe what we were tasting: outstanding drinks, dishes, and desserts. It was very hard to hear my date and the waitresses at times due to the noise level, though. I’d recommend not sitting on the bar side of the restaurant.
