Our server was fantastic! Very attentive, and accommodating!
Really enjoyed our recent trip to your restaurant in London, Ontario
The service and food was top notch...will be back again soon...
Great night. Food was delicious and service was outstanding. There were 4 people in our party and all of us were completely satisfied with no complaints. We will be back.
The food tasted great. Service was really good. We got 2 steaks, they were high quality but were not entirely full after.
Food was delicious. Ordered from the set menu on Valentines Day. Steak was seasoned nicely but was really small. Generous portions of mashed taters and asparagus was also plentiful. Sticky toffee pudding was massive. Way too much. Two meals and one glass of wine for $115 was a little over the top. Noise level was a little too high. Did not feel like a higher end restaurant.
Great service, great food and it was so easy to book a table on line..First time there and would defiantly go back. went with a bunch of girls and was a very pleasant experience..good job Earls !!!
Very noisy and loud music. Food is good and service good as well.
They allowed me to book even though the restaurant was closed for the night.
We love Earl’s for the food and atmosphere. You can’t go wrong visiting this restaurant. We will be back.
Somewhat loud, some cold drafts from doorway. Food & service were excellent. We will return to this restaurant in the future.
Wine selection is terrible and over priced. They need to consider some better options and at manageable price points. No one is paying $19.95 for a 9 oz glass of mediocre wine.
Earls has never disappointed. The hostess' are always friendly. The wait staff are great and the food is mouth watering delicious. I had the Avocado Supertoast with tomato and radish a definate hit. I had the 1/2 rack of ribs with blackened chicken breast, warm potato salad and coleslaw for the main. Ribs fell off the bone and melted in my mouth, the chicken spiced just right and moist and juicy. Warm potato salad is always a hit and the coleslaw mmmmm. The warm chocolate sticky pudding is made for 2. The portions are well suited to the pricing. We try other places and always end up back at Earl's. It is just an overall great experience.
Our server was so attentive and made us feel like it was his goal to ensure we had an amazing evening. While our food and drinks arrived in good time, we never felt rushed, and in fact, we were encouraged to stay as long as we wanted! We were given great suggestions for our meals, and everything tasted fantastic. We had a wonderful evening and will definitely be back!
Great food! Service was friendly and attentive.
Met here before the movies at the Landmarks. Great location! Great service and great food!! Would highly recommend!!
Great food. Great service. Would go again the next time I am town
Good value at happy hour. Burger very fresh, not pre-made tasting. Good service.
waitress was outstanding.. food was very delish....would go back very soon
Food, service, atmosphere are all terrific
... great burgers!!
only one negative...we were there on an evening that wasn't overly cold for January and the draft from the door is really bad. other than that we had a really good experience
Cajun chicken in the chicken Caesar was a little dry but certainly tasty.
Always fun to go to Earls. Great food, service and atmostphere!
We enjoyed our earlyish NYE dinner and our waiter was good. We found the food to be exceptionally spicy however. My husband doesn’t mind the spicy stuff but the Cajun Chicken was very very spicy so he could barely eat it. I had the stir fry and it was very spicy too. I could only eat a third of it. I feel the waiter might have mentioned this to us so we could have perhaps chosen a different meal or asked for less hot spicy stuff/seasoning on the food. It was a little disappointing that’s all. Shout out to the gingerbread cake chef though! Delicious!
We enjoyed a terrific leisurely dinner prior to going to the nearby theatre. The service was excellent and the food was great.
Good as usual !!!
LOVE EARLS!!!! A girlfriend and I always meet for a glass of wine and dynamite roll. If you during the appy hour great deals on most menu items. Love the atmosphere and we always have great service.
Great atmosphere! Food was delicious, something for everyone.
Great food and service. I requested a booth when reserving through opentable and was given a booth. It was my boyfriends first time and we both will be back!
This was a terrible experience. The food was the worst I’ve had in years. They couldn’t even make decent fries. The soup and salad were awful. One can’t help but wonder if the person tasting the food and developing recipes has lots they’re senses of taste and smell.
Great food - great service - wonderful experience.
Waiter asked about diet restrictions and we did have a person who was vegetarian and one who was allergic to mayonnaise. Everyone was well served and attended to.
Always amazing food and service. I have never in over 6 years had a bad experience here. If anything wasn’t just right or not what was expected it was fixed right away. Never and hassle or argument. Love this place and definitely recommend it to anyone I know.
Happy with everything, but waitress was almost too friendly. Over the top with comments. I know this sounds funny but she should cut back a notch with all the verbal extras.
Great server and food was good. Very good selections. 6 people in our group and we could not hear one word anyone said. The acoustics are terrible.
Excellent service and food. Bench seating was extremely comfortable.
Just a bit noisy due to crowd. But otherwise very enjoyable.
I enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere of Earls. My only complaint was the noise level....it got steadily louder until by the end of our meal we couldnt really hold a conversation.
Sunday evening dinner for 4. We arrived at the reservation time and seated immediately. Solid, heavy flat-wear with the Earl's logo and clear, heavy glass wear makes a good impression. Decor is modern steakhouse (wood, Edison bulbs, galvanized metal in places), and it's probably loud on a Friday or Saturday night. But pretty chill for a Sunday evening. Very good appetizers and the pasta, steak, ribs, and burgers that we ordered were delicious. Lots of decent drink options. Our server (Mary?) was fantastic. friendly, enthusiastic and attentive without being intrusive, she helped to take this from a 4 star to aa 5 star experience.
The food was great. Ribs were soooo tender, but the noise level was overwhelming for a Monday night.
Disappointed overall with service and food. Mediocre. Felt like the "gluten aware" label was pretentious;
We booked a reservation for 7 people on Monday December 3, 2018 for our daughters birthday dinner. We ended up being seated in the bar area where a bar table was brought up to a booth. It was a very awkward set up. Even though there were presents at the table the waitress didn’t ask why we were there or if we were celebrating. We were disappointed to see that there wasn’t a kids menu and although they suggested we just order a dish and they would make it for a child. However when the meal came the pasta was a full adult size serving and was also charged as if it was for an adult. Service was incredibly slow and there was some confusion as who our waitress was as we had one that came and took our drink order and dinner order but then didn’t see her again after she dropped off the drinks. The food was ok.. we all order desert and the Sticky toffee chocolate bread pudding was nothing like bread pudding.. it wasn’t even bread.. it was chocolate cake with caramel sauce. Bread pudding is bread soaked with egg/milk mixture with raisins and baked and topped of with hot toffee sauce. Our bill was over $200 for 5 of us ( the other two paid for themselves) and honestly I didnt feel the food was worth it. We would have been better going to the Keg where they would have at least acknowledged our daughters birthday with a free piece of cake.
Great server and I was happy to see your plant-based menu as I am a vegan. The portion sizes were generous and the hunan tofu bowl I had was tasty although it could have used more veggies and less rice. The avocado toast was fresh but a bit bland. The prices were a bit high for the simplicity of the cuisine, so I felt that there was less value for my dollar than expected. The surroundings were fine and it was a tolerable noise level but that's probably because it was early on a Sunday afternoon. I know that it gets very loud there very quickly so I was relieved that the noise level was acceptable. Still, it was noisier than I prefer but I doubt there is anything that can be done about that. Another patron in our group stated that they no longer go to Earl's for dinner engagements because it is too loud. A request that you can do something about is to add plant-based milk and desserts to your menu. I couldn't have coffee because there is no non- dairy milk option and also passed on dessert for the same reason. Please consider expanding your plant-based options by adding plant milk and vegan desserts to your menu. Thank -you. PS i submitted this on the Earl's site and they already responded.
