Took my friend for Birthday dinner at Earls. The service was outstanding, the food was delicious.However, my friends steak was not cooked enough. My dinner was not hot enough. The server offered to reheat my dinner, and get my friend a new steak.
We had eaten to much already , so we just finished eating what we had.
The supervisor can and apologize for the disappointment in the food, She took our meals off the bill, so we only paid for drinks. We made sure the waitress got a tip on what the
Meal would have cost in full. The food was very good,
We would go there again, but mention to the server, to make sure the food is hot, and cooked to the right temperature.
The restaurant is quite loud. We had a reservation and were still sat in the uncomfortable high bench
/slat seating by the bar which was a disappointment. The food was great. Value for food is great. Waitress forgot about us (she was actually polishing wine glasses at the bar and I looked over at her, when we made eye contact she literally ran to the til to get our bill). We waited about 15-20 min from the time our food was done to get the bill and we had tickets to a game so we were a bit late.
I would go back bc the value for food quality is good but this visit could have gone way better.
The restaurant has a beautiful and cozy atmosphere. It was a Friday night and it was very busy but the service was outstanding regardless! The food came out quick and was absolutely beautiful and delicious. The prices are fair for the amount of quality food you get. Our waitress was absolutely lovely. She was so friendly and checked with us to make sure our experience was stellar. Overall we had a really great experience.
Santa Fe salad is addictive! I can't order anything else when I go, I enjoy it so much! Every time!

Love everything about Earls aside from the prices and that’s what most my friends feel like too and they rarely want to meet there. Overall I’d give it 5 stars but value is simply not there.

Earl's is one of the best places in town. The staff are wonderful which for me is one of the make or break features in a restaurant. I go out to feel good and be in a friendly environment, Earl's makes this happen.
Ambience is great and so is the food. My friend and I had a great time.

This was the first time for a few of us and from the service to the food, we were all saying how we would definitely be back!!

Not impressed with the service! We had a reservation for 7:45 and had to wait 10 minutes to be seated, which is understandable on a busy night however what was disappointing was waiting 15 more minutes for our server to come to our table. As we are about to get up and leave she finally came over and was not very friendly and did not apologize for taking so long, to add to that she also did not check on us after our food was served to see if everything came out right. I do not believe this type of service is up to your restaurants standard. Our servers name was Chelsea.

Looking forward to going back again. It was a work lunch and it worked out to be a great spot for it.
Service was great, very efficient, allowed us to conduct business and enjoy our meal. Would choose Earl’s again.
My only real complaint was out initial wait time. We arrived 5 min prior to our reservation and was told "10 min to clear your table"
After 25 minutes and other parties being seated, including a 7pm reservation (30 min after ours) I approached to hostess only to find out we had been somehow forgotten. They then seated us quickly and offered a complimentary round of drinks. I appreciated the gesture but it did set an initial sour tone. From there the service was good and the food excellent. Friendly wait staff so no complaints after the rough start. It is a bit noisy during the rush but you can still hear eachother speak so not terrible
We dined at Earls Kitchen & Bar and it was really a good night and the staff was tremendous in making this happen. The waitress made sure everything was there exactly as we ordered it and in a timely fashion.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to have a good time and food that was well worth the wait of having in done exactly as you wanted it and expected it to be.
We had a reservation and just arrived on time and was seated as soon as we arrived and table was very good and changed the high top seating before we arrived to a booth and this worked out great. Thanks to Cass we had a very enjoyable evening and definitely would return for more good evening. The waiting staff all helped each other so we you were not wondering when things would be there and it really made a good evening turn into a very good evening.
Portions have gotten smaller, and felt like we were rushed out of there on new years eve.

Great service, delicious and hot food. Waitress was helpful in making our decisions. It’s a modern and attractive restaurant. It was a busy night (New Years eve) so it was hard to say whether it truly was noisy. The pricing was a fair value for the quality and quantity of food received. The 4 of us all enjoyed our meals and would definitely go back.
Steak was delicious! All 4 of us had it. My boys loved the asparagus and salads! Good service considering it was New Year's eve!
Always a great experience. Food is amazing and service is very good. This is our go to spot for date night.
Food could have been warmer. Servers were pleasant & attentive to our requests. Noise level made cross table discussion troublesome.
The Lobster Tostados were a little pricy for the size ( tasty but small) this was my second time in the last year and both times the waitress service did feel like there was an attempt to connect.

Reid and his staff are always amazing! Happy Hour 3-6pm and 9-12pm is outstanding with many items almost 1/2 price.

It was nice. I wasn’t exactly impressed that I had missed the brunch menu but it was still nice to see and catch up with my friends.
We were put in a horseshoe shaped booth that was too small for a party of four. All of our food came out at the same time! Not apps and soup first. No room on the table for all the food so we had to put one of the appetizer plates on the bench between two of us. The appetizer portions were miniscule and overpriced. The appetizer ribs were described as " dry rub". Not by my definition....they were overcooked, deep fried and oversalted. Our waitress had a big table also and forgot about us for over an hour. Will never return!

Nice place and good food but deafeningly loud. Need sound deafening ceilings or walls.
My husband and I had a great time at Earls Kitchen & Bar. Our server Sam, she was very courteous and friendly. Was willing to help with any questions we had and very helpful. We will definitely recommend earls to our family and friends.
