    Dinner was fantastic. One meal was mixed up but our server and the staff dealt with it promptly and fixed it. The GM came around to apologize and again to make sure all was good. Overall the meal and staff were great.

    Food is not worth the price, description on the menu did not match the dish. Salmon was dry and had no taste, asparagus were not cooked enough. And Rice was bland, no salt, no anything.

    Overall was a good experience, wait for service was a little longer then desired. Chef adapted a dish for my gluten intolerance, the mushroom risotto was good just a slight salty.

    Very difficult to have a conversation at the table with the noise all around. A bit of a turnoff. I would recommend to friends but caution them depending on the nature of the luncheon.

    I brought my boyfriend here to celebrate his job promotion. I put a request in my OpenTable Reservation for my server to please bring out a celebration dessert at the end of our meal, as restaurants typically provide a complimentary one for occasions such as birthdays, etc. Although our server was nice, he did not look at the OpenTable reservation notes at all, and did not bring out any dessert until I had to pull him aside and ask him if he saw my note. He brought us a cheesecake, which was very nice, and even had them draw a heart out of the raspberries. However, I was a bit surprised to see the dessert charged on my bill at the end of the dinner. Since it was not complimentary after all, then we were confused as to why we were not given the opportunity to choose the dessert. Our server just brought it out automatically, giving us the impression that it was the restaurant’s preset complimentary dessert. However this was not the case, as we were then charged for a dessert that we did not even choose. Side note: our bill on the system does not seem to reflect what we actually ordered either. We had the chicken kung pao, the bacon cheddar burger, yam fries, a margarita and a sangria. Not too sure why our bill reflects other items that we did not order.

    Angelina was great! Always go to earls for brunch in Toronto and when me and my friends were in London for a weekend trip we knew we had to stop at earls. Went for brunch happy hour, service was excellent and she was very personable. Unfortunately my eggs were not cooked properly and had to be sent back. They came out quickly which was great and Angelina made sure that I was happy with my new eggs.

    We arrived early and they made it work. Did get a bit of a look when we both ordered waters as we are on meal plans and this was a cheat meal for us. The service was great. Food came out fast. Ordered the steak and a kung poa bowl. Both tasted fabulous. Bill was priced as expected at $100 for 2 entrees and an app.

    We booked a reservation only to be told to wait for 10 minutes. Our waitress, who barley served us the whole night, took an addition 10 minutes to even ask us our drink order. Our silverware and cups were dirty . Proper after 9 menus were not given to us. Overall worst experience I’ve had at an Earls location

    I always enjoy Earl's in London and have been there many times. This time we hosted another couple for a birthday and it was their 1st time. We were all pleased with our food. I am used to sitting in the bar being served at lunch by a delightful server whose name is Brier (or similar). She is so good and as such our server was good for sure but not quite the calibre of my fav. The manager was ultra friendly. We were happily surprised by 1/2 price wine by the bottle. Also our guest was complimented with an amazing dessert in celebration of his birthday. So it was a super great lunch.

    Celebrating our friend's 95th birthday at brunch on Sunday, we had a lovely time. Our server Emily was friendly and efficient, the food delicious. Most had the Eggs Benedict (different iterations) for the first time in a long while and liked them. When we were first seated, I asked the hostess if the music could be turned down as it was a bit loud, and she did so almost immediately, making conversation between the five of us easier. It was an enjoyable experience, all-in-all.

    A very nice start to our night BUT ordered drinks to cheer and sometime passed before the last drink was given. Ordered the seafood tower for 4-6 and it was incredibly delicious! Unfortunately the meal came right after like minutes… our steaks and all came in all at once- although the server apologize and mentioned that she was knew the fact is that we had to move it all around and of course this just changed the experience. I found out server to be in a rush everywhere and not really paying attention carefully as we ran out of water and had to ask 2x. The bill was around 600$ and it was my wife’s birthday which they knew. I did not expect anything else but maybe a small dessert and not singing but at least to make it a better experience. Not a cupcake or anything, not even coffee offered. My friends really wanted me to talk to the manager that swing by asking if everyone was good but I did not want to ruin my night by giving negative feedback. I should have. I am now and although food was great and drinks I expected a better experience. Tale the time to pay attention and be there as needed. Good money spent and I did tip 20% but only to help the younger staff working there only. Get better guys and reach out to me if you need to if you want to really know more.

    I hadn’t been to Earls in a long time so we decided to try it. We go somewhere different every Wednesday. The food was outstanding. We got some from the happy hour menu and some from full price. We ordered dessert as well which we never do and wow. Delicious. Will be back again for sure !

    Our salads with shrimp were delicious. There was some confusion with the shrimp order. They had the manager over to explain. He reduced the bill and comp'd a dessert. So kind. Service was very, very good. All beverages were kept full and he ensured we were satisfied with food quality and taste.

    I made a reservation for 930pm and at 830pm I received a text that my table was ready we arrived at 9:15 and the host told us our table was not ready. The reason for our reservation was because we were coming from a family member’s high school graduation which did not finish until 9pm. Not really a big deal but once we were seated the server was not very personable or polite and we waited 20 minutes for all 5 of our drinks to come, we then waited another 30 minutes for our food to come. Once ready for our bill we waited another 30 minutes as well. Overall this experience did not want to make me come back to Earls

    This was our first time eating at this establishment. We were very impressed by the gentleman who greeted us at the door. We showed up early for our reservation by 40 minutes he was so accommodating did not make us feel unwelcome We had a drink at the bar by the time we were finished our drink he had a table ready for us. Food was fantastic. The drinks were also very well done by their bartender. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

    We had a wonderful evening! Our server was fantastic. I asked if they could make me a St Germain cocktail and our server wasn’t sure so he brought the bartender over for me to speak with. Even though it wasn’t on the menu the bartender said they had all the ingredients. It was the BEST St Germain cocktail I’ve ever had! Everyone in our party ate everything on their plates. I’m sure this will be a regular place for our family❤️

    We came for happy hour. I booked a reservation for 9pm, specifically for the outdoor patio booths. It was a celebration dinner for my boyfriend and I. We arrived at 9pm and someone brought us out to the patio - only to find all tables were dirty and not bussed. The server told us to sit down along the side and wait for a bit to clear off a table. After 15 minutes - no one had come out and bussed a table or greeted us. At 915pm I had to walk out to the front and ask someone if I was in the wrong area. We were told no one was aware that we were waiting. We finally got a table cleaned off and were seated around 920pm. After ordering our food, several items were rang in wrong or mistaken. I ordered tea twice, only received it once. Our pizza was cold but we continued to shrug it off. After receiving our bill, we realized that our Steak Frites was regular price - after ordering the happy hour price. Our server explained that they accidentally put in a 9oz steak instead, even though we ordered 6oz. However, the manager had informed us that we still had to pay for the 9oz steak - EVEN though we DID NOT ORDER the 9oz. After expressing how upset we were, the manager changed the bill. After the second bill came, we realized that our tacos were ALSO not happy hour price. Just a very disappointing experience as I have always loved Earls. We will not be returning sadly.

    Our server( so sorry I did not get her name) was excellent. Food was delicious. Only complaint was manager’s decision to turn on bright lights on covered patio- ruining any ambiance. A small candle on each table coupled with limited, dim lights would have been much better.

    We had a reservation, and even though there were numerous open tables, we were directed to wait at the bar. After our reservation time had passed,, we had to ask several times if our table was ready, and then we’re finally directed to a high top booth in the bar, which had been open the entire time. I had specifically requested regular chairs when we arrived. My guest is quite short and the high top table is very uncomfortable, as she could not even touch he foot rests. We decided to take the table rather than wait an undetermined further amount of time. The waitress comped us one dessert for our inconvenience. My salmon was overcooked and dry, and the grilled asparagus was woody. The coffees had to be requested twice, and when they finally came they were cold. The setup of the booths is such that the adjoining table, when the gentleman was tapping his table, our table felt like we were being kicked. He stopped when I asked. Finally when we got our bills, they presented the entire bill to my friend on the electric tablet, without offering to put in the separate amounts as appeared on our paper bills. The oversight was corrected, but, we were deeply disappointed in the entire experience. We won’t be returning anytime soon.

    Excellent Service! Spinach dip and crusty bread was delicious. Loved our booth. I thoroughly enjoyed the Santa Fe salad.
