   We went 4 lunch on Tues thinking it would be slower, it was super busy. I don’t think they were prepared 4 it 2 b that busy as it looked like they were understaffed. It took a long time just 2 ask if we would like some drinks. Our waitress was trying her best. She compensated our dessert as a thank u 4 being understanding. Food quality was very good, menu changed 4 the better. 4 stars over all.

   I had an outstanding experience at Earls Polo Park! From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch. Our server, Bryn, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu—offering great recommendations that made our meal even more enjoyable. She checked in at just the right times and made sure everything was perfect. A big shout-out as well to the manager, Maddy, who came by to ensure we were satisfied and made us feel truly welcomed. It’s rare to see that level of care and professionalism. You can tell this team takes pride in creating a memorable dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

   Our host Anthony was so friendly and welcoming. Morning Star served our table and she made our whole evening enjoyable. We had a fabulous and delicious Mother's Day dinner.

   Booked a late afternoon dinner for mothers day and did not have the greatest dinner experience. My major grievances are: Service- our waitress was mostly non existent. My wife actually had to ask a random waitress to find our table waitress. This happened both when we wanted to order and when we were done and wanted the bill. Management - the person that oversees the waitresses in the restaurant side (I assume some kind of manager) walked through the restaurant after coming inside from having a smoke. He smelled so bad of smoke that I had to cover my nose with my shirt. I did this each time he walked by. My small children asked me what the terrible smell was. Food - the food was only okay. I had chicken tacos as an app and the bigger better burger with fries. The tacos were okay but seriously lacking taste. The burger had one of the smallest meat patties that I have ever seen. It was comparable to a buddy burger from A&W. Tip- my bill came out to $125 for myself, wife and 2 kids. The visa terminal was set up for minimum of 18% tip which is what I left which works out to $23. Do I think the waitress/ restaurant are deserving of my tip plus the tips recieved from the other tables during the time we were there? Absolutely not!

   Hi Mitchell, I am sorry to read that your Mother's Day experience at my location was not to yours or the Earls standard. The lack of attentive service does not indicate how much we care about giving you a perfect experience- especially on such an important day. I am confused about the comments re the manager smelling of smoke. None of my managers on my team smoke. I was working at this time and did not encounter this with anyone on my team, or it would have been addressed. Our payment/tip options prompt with suggested tip outs- there is an option to custom/change your tip out. I would like to find a way to restore your trust in us at this location.    Went for Mother’s Day Brunch & was thoroughly impressed! Food was so yummy & the flowers on the table were the cherry on top! + Belle the host deserves a shout out for being so lovely!!

   New happy hour seating requirements were introduced a week ago, and lead to some confusion amongst staff. We had clearly stated on the reservation and at the restaurant that we were there for the happy hour menu.

   We were there for a birthday. The staff and the manager went above and beyond any expectations we could have had. We were treated like family!!!!! We will Definitely be back for many more meals and special occasions. Thank you to all of you.

    We were in Winnipeg today and did lunch at Earls Polo Park. Our (hands down) favourite server Ashley Mac was working and we-by choice- sat in her section-and as usual we weren’t disappointed.
