    Service was great! Soup was luke warm, sent back and came back the same again! Manager and staff handled the situation well. It is a kitchen problem. Soup should not be luke warm when charging almost $15 for a less than half filled bowl of soup. Very disappointed but happy with “table service” received.

    Had made a reservation online for the dining room for a coworker and myself. When I got there they ended up putting us in the lounge. Ended up being OK, little noisy - but dining room seemed just as noisy. Food was great, service was excellent.

    For the amount of money I spent the food was really no big deal, no taste at all, and salty and spicy, expensive dish with no quality at all. I try a second plate and it was horrible as well.

    The service provided was outstanding, Earl's Polo Park, Manager Cindy are amazing, I have a food allergy and both Cindy and Stephanie were excellent, they made sure the food was to my liking with no issues!! Would recommend Earls to anyone!!

    I was with a party of 4 and everyone really enjoyed their meal. My dish was fabulous and everyone else really loved their meal. The service was super friendly and efficient - the food was obviously brought out as soon as it was ready because it was hot. We were celebrating 2 birthdays (one a week past and one coming up) but we still got two delicious birthday desserts. The food was possibly a bit pricey but when you get wonderful service and food - it makes it all worth while

    Wonderful early evening meal. My husband had a burger and yam fries and I had the cajun blackened chicken with a glass of reisling. Everything was perfectly cooked, flavourable and well presented. Unfortunately we were too full for dessert.

    I would for sure recommend any of the steaks they have. Always done perfectly. I had their steak frites. Couldn’t ask for better. We went at 5 but large tables came in and it was very noisy around 6. Overall a wonderful meal by the 4 of us.

    We enjoyed a fun casual dinner in the lounge before heading out to a movie. Warm and friendly ambience. Delicious chicken tenders and fries that never disappoint. Sumptuous sushi. The sticky toffee chocolate pudding and white chocolate creme brulee were to die for! Our server was incredibly accommodating and sweet.

    Although the food was very good, our service was poor. After being seated, we waited for about 15 mins and the manager came by to see if we had been taken care of yet. We didn’t even have water. He brought us water. Eventually our server arrived. She was very pleasant but largely absent after taking our order. We had to get her attention for a take away box and again for the bill. Please note it was after 2 pm so the lunch crowd was long gone and the restaurant was not busy.
