   Great place to meet and enjoy a great meal. The service was excellent and the food was great. A party of 4 and we enjoyed our visit and.meal very much.

   The music was far too loud, couldn't hear our hostess as we were seated. Asked the waiter to turn down the music which I think he tried but it was hard to converse. Ordered a size of warm potato salad. The serving was ridiculously small for the $7.00 we were charged. Had the crab cakes, they were delicious, but again, the 'salad' it was served with was merely garnish. Not very good value. One son had the chowder, he quite enjoyed it. The other son had the chicken tenders which were excellent, as usual but again, not enough sauce for the serving. Not willing to pay for more. Serving size is reasonable. He also had the tacos which were enjoyed and a good size. Overall, value isn't quite there, food was delicious. I had the grape soda cocktail which was good. We finished with two orders of sticky toffee pudding, which came with a dab of ice cream. A decent scoop would have been good for the size of the cake.

   Service started fine. After the server took our order, we did not see her for 54 minutes. The floor manager waited on us, sort of. He took over but definitely no follow up. The restaurant was not busy. It’s very unfortunate that a restaurant would consider that lack of service to be acceptable and representative of the their standard. When we expressed our experience with the floor manager, he looked confused. He asked what he could do for us??? Isn’t that the management’s job to figure out? Definitely won’t be going back.

   Our server didn’t come to our table for 30 minutes after we got there and then said sorry she didn’t know I was even in her section she only found out after I got up and finally asked for some water. Food was okay it was very crowded and understaffed. I don’t think I would come back to this location

   We celebrated a double birthday at Earls PoCo. It was a small gathering and yet, they were received with a lovely Birthday Card thanking them for celebrating their birthday at Earls. It was a great gesture. Our server, Dani, was wonderful. Very attentive and kind. Will definitely keep going back.

   The food was excellent; the staff was welcoming and friendly. It is such a lovely spot nestled in the heart of Port Coquitlam. The atmosphere was chill and the perfect volume to still have a conversation. Overall, I am very impressed; I will certainly return! Thank you!

    We had a lovely dinner at earls! It’s our neighbourhood restaurant and they never disappoint! We had a party of 13 guests and the service was amazing! The food was delicious as always! Would highly recommend this location!
