   We dine here all the time but this was one of my most exceptional visits. We sat on the patio and Natasha and Zack went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. We shared laughs and had the most incredible time. The margaritas were flowing, food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. I can’t remember the name of the female manager who was working last night but she was absolutely incredible. OUTFREAKINGSTANDING EARLS VIC EAST.

   Fantastic Valentine’s Day Meal. Loved the sample of Cherries and Rainbows at the door! I probably wouldn’t of gotten a bottle of wine without that sample. Service was top notch all night even with it busy. Was so nice to see everyone working as a team to clear tables etc. Food was amazing. I’m not a sushi person and the dynamite rolls were delicious!! Portion size was excellent and priced fairly well! I will definitely go back!

   We were sitting directly under a speaker and the music was so loud at times it was hard to have a conversation. Also, the people sitting beside us were having some sort of a celebration and were quite loud. We didn’t expect the restaurant to be packed on a Tuesday night and so the noise level was probably higher than usual. Our server did a great job looking after us so we appreciated her attentiveness! When I booked the reservation and specified seating in the dining room I didn’t expect to be sitting right beside by the bar. So that was a disappointment.

    We went to Earls for our anniversary last night. Our crab cake and full combo came in 40 mins which was pretty decent. However, we had to wait for our server long time to come to our table. She never came to fill my hot water so I had to ask someone else. We waited very long time to order our food after she learned that we didn’t wanna any alcohol drinks. Then after we finished the meal while looking for the server, the manager came over and checked on us, which was very nice since we couldn’t find our server. After he heard it was anniversary he told us he would buy us a dessert, how sweet! It wasn’t that busy last night but we had to wait for 20 mins for the cheesecake. The cheesecake probably had left in the kitchen for a while since the whip-cream fell on the side and melted. The food tasted great like always, but the service was probably the worst we received at Earls. We had to keep looking for her and she barely came to our table to check on us. On the other hand, the manager came over multiple times and apologized for the situation. He knows how to treat long term customers in respect, especially their time. Even we didn’t like our service we still left our server 15% tips. I hope she can treat people with the same respect, not based on if they order alcohol drinks or not.

    East Earls is my favorite dinjng choice - for business like yesterday or just fun like last week happy hour ! The atmosphere is casual and fun vibe — the servers are great - always friendly and just enough attention … Keven the manager is an excellent leader !!     We celebrated my daughter's birthday here. And we got a delicious cheesecake! Me and my daughter really satisfied with our food, except my son his pizza order was dry so he wont be able to finished it. Service was amazing!

We season our corn chips with citric acid which adds a citrus flavour which may be causing the sour taste you mentioned.     We went to the Earls to celebrate my birthday yesterday, the reservation was at 5:15 for group of 3. We didn’t get our table until 5:30 as the staff told us that our table wasn’t ready yet. Then it turned out that the table was for 5 people. Not sure what happened, as it never happened to us before. The restaurant was not full, however, we had to wait for a long time to get our food (more than 30mins wait at least). The manager Nike came over and apologized for the situation, the kitchen got the first order wrong then my crab cake got burnt again. Anyways, he took care of everything and the rest of the evening was good. We like Earls because of the food and service. Even they made some mistakes yesterday, but the manager was able to resolve our problems right away. Keep up with the good service and standards!

    We were greeted at the door and taken to our reserved table within a few minutes. Our server was excellent and attentive. Table was cleared from dirty dishes and drinks topped off, new drinks brought promptly. Main meals were delicious. The sticky toffee pudding could have been warmer. It was a little noisy so we had to speak louder than normal. Overall it was a great night for dinner.

    Good experience, however I was a bit put off by the decision to increase the minimum tip to 18%. I am happy to tip the servers, however I resist being told to tip that high.

    The service was terrible during our night out we had three different servers assist us and anytime we needed anything we had to flag one down. The one didn’t even seem to know what she was doing. There was no quality checks and we sat with empty plates for a long time trying to get our bill it was quite disappointing. Food was amazing though so well done cooks!

    Menu has really shot up in price (though COVID will do that). The means my wife and I ordered had sat under a heat lamp for a while (my medium rare steak was nearly well done by the time it arrived and my wife’s rice was one giant clump). Drinks were reasonably priced and the staff was very friendly.

    Server was prompt and pleasant. Food was very good although some prices stopped me from ordering other things. Very noisy but not as noisy as Albert South location. I’m a young senior and my hearing is starting to fade. Great experience overall.

    Not sure if the server or bartender was new but we ordered wine that was a rose and we were given Chardonnay. We liked it over the rose but when the bill was transferred the other server told us.

    I have always had an amazing experience at earls. Consistent good food. This was the first time the food was very average. We weren’t told about options that weren’t available. We asked three times for plates and napkins, eventually flagging down someone clearing tables to get them. We all ordered the same meal, it was pretty bland. Again, no one came to check on our meals and we didn’t get the cutlery we requested again many times. It was extremely nice to get the dessert on the house, but overall I was very disappointed as we were out for my low key stagette

    Food was excellent. Service not so much. Waitress was meh! We were there to celebrate our anniversary and at times we were ignored. Probably won’t come back to this location. Have had much much better service at your south end location. Especially when we were there celebrating special occasions (birthdays and previous anniversaries).
