Always a great experience at earls. Tried the new east meets west pizza it was a nice fusion with nice balance of different flavours. The only sad part about my experience was they were all out of winter holiday red sangria.

We booked a table for 8, our drinks came out within a good time. It took about 30 mins to be able to order food. We could tell our server was very busy. Perhaps doing two big tables and the lounge tables as well? We asked for a pizza to share before our mains. It all came out at the same time. One of our entries was missing with the rest so everyone was trying to wait for our last friends meal. We finally got servers attention and it was brought out with apologies. The food was decent! The value was not great. The steak o my pasta was rare when asked for medium, and it was pre sliced filet. ( was hoping for a steak with fresh veg and pasta on the side. ). Once dinner was done, we decided to order desert, all but one came out leaving one person without desert for about 15 minutes. Everyone finished their desert and server apologized and said she would bring it right away but free of charge. It didn’t come for another 10 minutes, we were already ready to leave at this point. The bills came. She removed a dessert from my bill but moved it to another persons bill which needed to be fixed and seemed to take forever to do so. My bill was over 100$ I tipped 18% still because I felt bad for her. Where was any management or server assitants checking on her tables? Out entire table spent nearly 800$. It didn’t feel good leaving and spending that money.

Our orders were both very good. I had a small Caesar salad and a small clam chowder. The other guest had the bigger and better burger. The service was excellent too. All in all, a nice evening!

Table of 10 took about 20 minutes from the first to last person to get their food, so everyone being polite waited and that made nearly everyone’s food cold. Server was nice and ambiance was good. Would return overall

I love earls, but I will never go back for breakfast. The Benedict’s eggs were terrible, the taste of vinegar was too strong. The potate weren’t almost raw, and in addition to that they weren’t the potato pave as stated on the menu but just simple potatoes. Very disappointing. The food should be what explained on the menu

While the service by Jordan was great, the food was not as good as we remember. Meals were fine. Desserts however, were lacking. Portion size was small for cost of items, flavours were dull, especially the pumpkin pie which looked nice, but was bland. The toffee pudding was especially disappointing and was misrepresented…the description was not the chocolate bundt cake which arrived. I flew in from LA looking forward to this dessert, so I’m a bit sad.

The Host and our server were both great. Earls Robson is very nicely decorated. The food is not bad. The sushi roll was nicely prepared but a bit small for the price. Could add some avocado or cucumber, which wouldn't cost Earls much money but give us sense of "value". Coffee was very good. We enjoyed the lunch. Thanks Earls.

The staff as in wait staff ...we're great. The food was adequate. I think however the oysters should be local and right in front The east coast. The end. The waiter was attentive and chatty but never intrusive.

Wow! What an experience. Started at the bar since we had arrived early for our group, and we were well taken care of. Billing was swift as we were moved into our lovely window booth (I had made a note but wasn’t banking on it). Thanks for making my otherwise uneventful night memorable!

Five of us sat at the high-top table to the left of the entrance. Three on a banquette and two on high-top chairs with back support. Food and service were great, but the people on the banquette had a speaker above their heads which they said was too loud and made it hard to hear conversations.
