Great patio. Excellent service and we all loved the food. The chicken curry was especially good. Comfy seating and not too loud.

We had the eggs Benedict classic. The Benny’s were fantastic, and the potatoes are amazing. Really enjoyed the great service. One small nitpicking complaint, they were playing a lot of 80s music a little bit loud.

We all enjoyed our food. The rib and chicken combo was good. I liked the blackened Cajun chicken better than the ribs if you have to watch your portions. My sister enjoyed the oysters and clam chowder. The key lime pie was good too. My husband’s drink was good and I liked the black salt on the glass. The food and presentation were good!

Good selection of food from apps and small plates to pizza to full mains. Had arugula and prosciutto pizza, thin crust and enough for 2. Hubby had a burger with a mountain of fries. Well cooked and juicy. Service was excellent even though it was busy on a Friday night. Be aware that it’s on the 2nd floor and requires climbing stairs- but it was a nice experience.

The restaurant wasnt overly busy. We must have waited 20 minutes before a floor manager came over to offer drinks (blond female). Then a server came over to ask if we wanted drinks, which we had already ordered. Then the server didnt come back to take a food order for quite some time. We flagged her down to take the order, which was transactional at best. When the meal was done, the plates were removed, but no bill was offered, no refills were offered. After 45 minutes we flagged the server down to ask for the bill, and she responded "oh, have you asked for your bill already" and we advised that we had not, as no one had been to the table since our plates were removed. She came over to process our transaction, awkwardly, and became "chipper" when presenting the bill for processing, obviously for her gratuity. There was no apologies for the service oversight, for the waits, no refills, no attention to the table. I was just really really surprised. Given that my 2 Poke bowls and one diet coke, and 2 glasses of water rang in at $72 after tip, I felt quite let down and will probably not return in the future. I generally use your restaurant to entertain for business lunches, due to proximity to work, but this was just a substandard experience, poor service, and a lack of any kind of genuine connection with guests - we were one of the numbers, we didnt matter, and we were inconvenient. My guest commented that perhaps she was having a bad day, or was over run with tables, but we noted that the dining room wasnt full - so not sure what the reason was, but it was never addressed. She obviously felt that our experience was normal, or she would have asked. Not sure I'll return for future business lunches...I've never had this happen at Cactus Club or Joeys...(or at Earls before). Disappointed.

Service was very poor. Wine came late and we had to ask for it multiple times. Server only came by at the end of the meal. Food was cold. Overall bad experience and will not return.
