The booths were all neatly set up, with plexi glass for partition between tables. We only had 1 hour and 45 minutes to enjoy, but it was still a great experience. Loved that the restaurant was at the 2nd floor, so you get the privacy from passersby. Staff were all cheery, friendly, and helpful. Would definitely go back here on my next craving.

The service was excellent. Food was yummy. I had the Santa Fe Chicken salad. Not only my favorite Earls salad but one of my favorite salads from any restaurant. My dining companion had the margarita pizza and said it was delicious.

Seats were stained with food stuff looked fresh, floor was dirty around and under the table . It’s like the staff were not ready tp handle the patio being full on a sunny day when the only option os outdoor seating.

While our server was super very friendly and fun, and the food tasted great it was a bad experience. The wait times on a bottle of wine and desert were absolutely terrible while sitting outside at the only table that did not have a heater as it was broken. A bottle of wine that was ordered at same time as our meals was delivered after I was done eating my entree. We then ordered 2 deserts one to stay and one to go while we finished our wine and they took 15 minutes to come out, when we said we were cold could we just get them both to go, it took over 10 minutes for the one already made desert to be put in a box. Ive been to this and other earls countless times and this was the first time i have been this disappointed

We came for two birthdays.. no mention or offer for the birthday.
Two of the main dishes were so salty and there was no advising on how to pay through the app - almost didn’t have time to order because they didn’t come to take our order but told us we had a time limit.
As a regular, the staff are fantastic, engaging and service is great. Always a reason to come back
Not really Earl’s fault, but last time we went we got the front deck which was cozy and had heaters and a bit more personal space. This time we got the back deck which was cold and a lot more stuffy. Not much they can do about this, it was just so much more enjoyable on the front deck.

This earls tried to cancel us. It was a birthday occasion, which they totally forgot about. They didn’t even do anything for the birthday. I specifically booked this reservation saying it’s a birthday. Go to a different location for a better experience

After sitting down for just over 1 minute, a server asked us if we were ready to order. I said no as we had just sat down but I ordered 2 teas for beverage. We later ordered calamari for the starter. My wife ordered the 6oz steak/sushi and I ordered 8oz steak/prawns.
The calamari came without side plates or cutlery/napkins. I had to ask for the side plates and cutlery/napkins. The calamari should have been called vegetables with calamari. There were more portions of cauliflower, green beans, beets and onion then calamari.
My wife’s steak was drowned in teriyaki sauce. There was wasabi served with the dynamite roll but no sauce dish or soya sauce.
My steak look more like a 6oz steak then a 8oz steak. I asked the server if it was a 8oz steak. She just said yes and left without asking if I had an issue/concern with my steak, nor did anybody address my concern afterwards. The server did not check on us till after my wife had completely finished her meal and I was just about to finish my meal.
It was my birthday and I was celebrating it with my wife. If it was not for my wife being there and having her as company, I would not have tipped at all. Food was unsatisfactory and the service was one of the worst I have had. No, we are not regulars but we do live in downtown and have been here before and know the type of food and service it had. Again, we are not regulars and we will not be returning again.

I had the butter chicken and the chicken pieces were quite salty. Not sure if that is the same chicken that is used for fajitas or some other dish. The sauce had good depth and lots of vegetables but the chicken itself wasn’t good. Someone else in the party had lobster ravioli and they said the lobster was salty. Maybe the saltiness was supposed to encourage us to order beverages, I’m not sure. Something else I wanted to note was how close we sat to another party. When we arrived there were a couple people sitting at the bar in the middle of the restaurant having drinks. The host sat our party across the aisle from them. I am pretty sure there wasn’t 6 feet between where they were and where we were. Nor was there any plexiglass between the tables. When we finished the meal and asked for the bill it took a long time for the server to drop the bill off. Not sure why that is. It was generally not a good experience

Food was not great Price was more expensive than what I paid at the keg only 1 night before. I ordered a similar meal but the food and drink was much less than comparable. The atmosphere was loud and uninviting. I will not revisit this restaurant

Our food was fantastic. The restaurant wasn’t overcrowded and we felt that there was good Covid protocol taking place. Our server was very friendly. We will definitely go back!

Great location but no parking ; in comparison to other Earls.. this one is a dead stuck in the past.
The servers were amazing!. It’s very hard to find this level of service any where these days especially a server that cares and genuinely appreciative and cares how their guest feel.

People who ordered Aha Tuna bowl liked the food. One person ordered curry chicken, the portion size was small, the price higher and was so salty ! Wasted 20$!

My daughter and 2 friends went for dinner. I sent an email to let the staff know that it was my daughter's 16th birthday. On arrival, the staff member at the front immediately recognized that they were there for her birthday, which made her feel special. Also brought out a surprise birthday cake after their meal. Even though the girls were younger, they were still treated with respect. Thank you Earl's ❤

Food was outstanding as well as service! Very noisy and poor acoustics inside the restaurant however.
It was out 13 wedding anniversary and took the kiddos (4 and 8) with us as Covid style. Lots wrong with the food and waitress seemed annoyed by us. We had little requests and I even mentioned it was our anniversary and she didn’t t even give us well wishes . I was just making xo versatile not asking for anything but she seemed uninterested.
It was a disappointing dinner and wish we had chosen something different for our celebration
Service was poor, server overcharged us on more than one item and then charged our gift cards but said they didn’t go through and we’d need to pay again. Turned out once we got the manager involved, the gift cards did go through and we didn’t need to pay anything additional. Be ware, I can’t imagine this is the first time the server has done this to customers.

Our hostess Bianca was honestly one of the most wonderful and lovely people I have ever met in my experience with the hospitality industry. Bianca was so understanding, quick to respond, personable and even checked in with us when she didn’t have to. Truely went above and beyond! One of my most memorable Earls trips :)

Chicken strips were barely cooked not crispy at all, the garlic fries were way too dry, other dishes on the menu tasted ok. The service team first forgot to bring sugar for tea and then a teaspoon. We found it extremely annoying asking for something that should be on the table.
Our booth seats were so low that we felt like little children sitting at the big table. They need to renovate this location, it looks very dark in there and the windows are letting the cold air in. Overall a mediocre experience.
It took over 25 minutes for a server to attend to us and that was after walking up to the front to let the greeter know we had not had anyone come tend to our table. Even after that it was another 10 minutes for someone to come to our table. We we not in a rush so it was ok, but we were hungry and with young children 45 minutes to get food to the table is a long time.
In the past, we have found Earl's to be quite loud making conversation difficult. This time, since the restaurant was maybe 1/3 full, the music was not as loud, background babble was low and it made the experience much more pleasant. Food was great, my husband's steak was excellent, my curry was great, the waitress was attentive without hovering. All in all, a good experience.
This place is my new favourite in the neighbourhood!! The food is absolutely fantastic and their happy hour can't be beat. It's my go-to when bringing friends out, and people are always surprised at how great it is. Way to step up your game, Earls!!
