The staff as in wait staff ...we're great. The food was adequate. I think however the oysters should be local and right in front The east coast. The end. The waiter was attentive and chatty but never intrusive.

Wow! What an experience. Started at the bar since we had arrived early for our group, and we were well taken care of. Billing was swift as we were moved into our lovely window booth (I had made a note but wasn’t banking on it). Thanks for making my otherwise uneventful night memorable!

Five of us sat at the high-top table to the left of the entrance. Three on a banquette and two on high-top chairs with back support. Food and service were great, but the people on the banquette had a speaker above their heads which they said was too loud and made it hard to hear conversations.

We actually dined here 2 nights in a row while staying at a nearby hotel. The service was impeccable, the food outstanding, and the overall experience very welcoming and warm. Highly recommend!

Our original restaurant reservation for lunch at another property, got cancelled because of a power outage. We were so happy to have found Earls! We had a fabulous grain salad and local beer and our server could not have been better. We will not forget Earls the next time we are in Vancouver! Keep up the excellent standards!

Awful! So disappointing! I’m an ex Earls employee and have many happy memories at Earls, but this is the last time I will ever go to an Earls. The service was dreadful. All food arrived at the same time!? No apologies no quality checks no additional drinks, no product knowledge, no making it right! This is no longer the Earls I know and loved. What was once a great formula no longer exists.

I've been to this Earls location (Robson) many times and I always leave very satisfied. The employees and management are warm and friendly and do their absolute best to provide the best experience for customers. I've been to other restaurants where they give you the side eye when your not happy with your order or you feel abandoned after your food is served. It's never been the case at this Earls on Robson. I celebrated my sister and husband's birthdays at this restaurant this past year!

Loved being on the outside roof top patio, cozy and well shaded. Very helpful service and delicious food. The Happy Hour prices are very fair. We will return.

Love the ambience at this location. Our server was outstanding. However, those that assisted him by delivering drinks and some food plates were rude and just handed items to the person closest to them for us to deliver to the right person. They were minor the the excellent experience otherwise

Our waiter was amazing and the interaction he had with my baby girl was phenomenal. I’m sorry that I have forgotten his name. He is from New Zealand. He’s a keeper for sure!!
