   My friend and I were comfortable on the patio and enjoyed excellent prompt service. Our only complaint was one of the appetizers - corn chips and avocado dip- that contained entirely too much onion, large chunks of unmashed avocado, and was unseasoned.

   Service was great, everyone was so friendly. Food came out in a timely manner. The waitress accidentally rang in one of our orders wrong, but they were so sweet about it, offered soup/fries while she was waiting, and then gave us a free dessert for the mixup! Would definitely recommend

   We had enclosed patio seating for Mother's Day brunch. Was nice that the staff closed some windows when the wind picked up. The happy hour breakfast items were delicious, I will be back.

    One of our meals came out very cold but the server and the manager made sure it was re made and handled it very well. They both checked on our table periodically and made our experience better!

    Service was rather slow when the restaurant was half full. The price for drinks was over the top. $13 for a mimosa when part of it is orange juice. Seriously??

    Patio is a nice vibe. Service is decent. Had Cajun chicken burger, bun was dry. Very little sauce . Hawaiian pizza was great. Steak was subpar. Good drinks

    Booked the restaurant for a staff/retired staff get together. The table was in a good location. Staff were friendly and efficient. Good specials on food and drinks (during happy hour). Food and drinks were great.

    We went at 12 noon with a reservation The meal took 42 minutes to arrive (3 salads) and the reason was that they got a surprise rush (AT LUNCH TIME?????) big surprise Salad has so much dressing that the lettuce was disgusting but we didn’t have time to return it All that for 85 bucks I will go back as it’s usually pretty good

    I booked a table for 9 on Easter Sunday. The table was ready on time, the service was very good and the server very attentive. The only issue was the hot sticky toffee pudding, 2 were ordered and they both seemed to be a chocolate muffin. They were nice but not like the real thing we were expecting, this was the only negative of our experience.

    So happy to have Brianna back! She is an awesome server, always a smile on her face, efficient, and remembers our favourite things. I have seen an uptake on the service here and food at this location the last 3 times I have been. Was thinking of passing up on this Earls but so glad they have made improvements.     Would not recommend. Definitely overpriced for food that was “average”. Earls mandates a minimum 18% tip which is insulting… why should customers be forced to tip for people doing their job? There are options, go elsewhere.
