The crab cakes are perfection. Very intricate and full of flavour. Obviously a lot of effort goes into them. I came specifically for them and was not disappointed.

Good tasting food. We made reservations and got in at a decent time. We ordered the south Asian curry, cheese tortellini and calamari. Service was fast and courteous. Will come again

The last time I was there, the food was amazing. I think the menu changed. The food didn’t taste bad, I just found the menu unappetizing.

We come here often but as time has went on the service and drink quality has reduced. The last three times we’ve been here their drink system doesn’t work and we either get very watered down juice or very weird tasting soda. The servers seem to be stretched a little too thin. They disappear for long periods of time. When you ask for refills they take forever to come. It’s a shame cause it’s a nice place with nice food. They did so well in the beginning but unfortunately they weren’t able to maintain. Probably will stop coming here

Would love if the plant-based menu offered some more options. That being said, everything we ordered tasted good. Not even one plant-based dessert though?.? The service at this location is honestly really terrible. The hostess had a bit of a cold demeanour and our waitress didn't come to check on us at all and made no conversation or offered anything to the experience. Not sure I'd choose this location again based solely on the service.

I personally love earls, but this location was not the best. Service was slow, our food came burnt and had to be returned to the kitchen. There was no cutlery on our table. I was quite surprised in the poor service as we went at a quiet time. I prefer the earls on king west.
