Service was excellent and the food was good. Reserved a table in the solarium, but they couldn't sit us there due to lack of servers. However, 20 minutes later a table of eight was in the solarium being waited upon by our server. That was annoying...

We were a party of 15 for a birthday. And I might add sometimes a difficult group for everyone to be satisfied. Nobody at our table had anything to say we were too busy enjoying our wonderful delicious meals. The service was also top notch. We had to wait a little past our reservation time but the staff quickly made sure to ask us what we would like to drink as the first round was on them for our wait!! Simply put 15 people will now always celebrate at Earl’s

Disappointed that my breakfast was incorrect and I was told she will fix it but it would mean the rest of my meal gets cold while I wait for my eggs and the rest of my party will be eating while I wait. Was not even offered a free coffee for screwing up my order. It was very disappointing and after all that our bill was incorrect and the the other party drinks was added to my bill.

Earls Sherway has become our go to place every few week. The atmosphere, the food and the staff is always top notch which is why we continue to return there. There aren't a lot of places these days where the staff is as friendly, attentive and really seem to enjoy being there.

Service was not great, and steak was overcooked. Server then charged us for the wrong table. Overall very disappointing and not up to the usual standard
