Went there for my husband’s birthday dinner (mentioned during reservation). The food was good and service was quick. Limited menu. If you’re expecting anything special or discounts for special occasions, then this might not be the place.

Even though it was a Friday in December and the holiday shoppers from the mall made for a busy night, we were seated promptly, served graciously, and allowed to stay as long as we liked. Our waiter answered all of our (many) questions about the dishes, and was incredibly helpful: good food recommendations and knowledgeable pairing suggestions. Everything we ate was delicious and my friends said their steaks were done perfectly. Our designated driver enjoyed the non-alcoholic mocktails. No complaints, but NB: the dessert sizes are definitely meant for sharing, and finding a parking spot took a while. Also, the room is pretty loud with music cranked up to compensate, but then ... I'm old. :)

If you’re going to have a featured wine get enough so you don’t run out! Brussels sprouts should melt in your mouth. They shouldn’t be crunchy. Server forgot our appetizers because you didn’t have featured wine. Made up with free dessert.

Service was very slow due to under staffing? Food portions were odd. We ordered the dip and got 10 pieces of toasted bread with it?!? 4 would have sufficed. The bowls were 3/4 rice and the balance of small meat portion and a bit of greens. Go across the street to Sherway for better experience & options.

We had a nice lunch, but the service was very slow even though the restaurant wasn't extremely busy. Server was very pleasant and food was good. I would go back and try it again.

The Bangkok Bowl was very good, however after I left the restaurant I noticed in their menu it mentions mushrooms as an ingredient in the dish. No mushrooms in mine. Had I noticed I would've mentioned it there because I love mushrooms. Service was excellent!

Service was excellent so was the food and drinks. When our server rang us out she was finished her shift and told us another server will attend to us! No one showed up! Perhaps we would have liked coffee refills?

The service was excellent. Our good came faster than anticipated but still gave us time to enjoy our drinks and apps. One of our surf and turf meals didn't come either the 'surf'. We notified one of the managers that happened to be near to us, and it was corrected immediately and then some. They gave us far more prawns that experienced. Amber was our server and she was very warm and attentive. I'm sorry that I haven't come here earlier. I didn't realize how excellent the food and service was.

The Main course came before appetizers were finished The kitchen is just churning out food regardless of where the customer is at in the journey. Prosecco was in a chiller and the waiter wasn’t back to top up In fact the waiter was slammed and didn’t check on us. When we were finished eating I had to ask for the plates to be removed as they sat there untouched for a solid hour. I finally flagged him down for the bill.

We went to Earl's to celebrate my dad's birthday, and our party of 5 liked everything we ordered. We really appreciated all of the plant-based options for my vegan/vegetarian family members. Food and drinks came out quickly and the seating was very comfortable. Of particular note was the service - everyone we interacted with was unfailingly helpful and friendly. They brought out a birthday lava cake for my dad and even a little birthday card for him, such a cute touch! Wouldn't hesitate to return to this Earl's location and would happily recommend for special events.

Earl’s is one of my favourite place to meet with friends and colleagues. The ambience is bright and welcoming. The food is exceptional. The noise level is low enough to enjoy conversation amongst friends. Whenever I am in the area, it is my first choice.

This is not a steak place and i should have known better. It is good for burgers, bowls etc. I will be back for lunch and light business meetings. I did appreciate the 1/2 priced wine. That was good value.

Food orders for each diner must to be brought at the same time & hot. On 2 separate visits order delays at table by as much as over 5 minutes & then not hot (pasta dishes).

I love coming to earls for so many reasons (food, ambiance, love the brunch menu) however just a call-out that 90% of time, my order doesn't come out right.......definitely a disconnect between server + culinary BOH. For example a slight modification (no green onions for garnish - onion allergy) & they take note of it, but my food will come out with green onions or asking to add feta to my salad & no feta. Its happened about 10x and it really is annoying as a guest.

We’re disappointed with this Earl’s location. Noise level was quite high although we did request it be turned down and it was. Breakfast arrived lukewarm, not how one wants their breakfast, we were given a hotter version when our server asked how breakfast was. We requested jam for our toast, not available. All in all the Yorkdale location was superior in our opinion.

We have been to other Earl's but this is near the top of any place we've been. Great food, great seating and our server Destiny was awesome. I would recommend Earl's on Sherway any day of the week. Make sure you book ahead of time, this place is fairly busy. Great Place!

Oysters were tiny and i mean tiny. Shrimp cocktail has obviously pre frozen shrimp that you can buy in a shrimp ring from any grocery store. Everything was way over priced for what you get. wished we went to another place. Also they have television screens everywhere like a sports bar. where ever you look it was nothing but football.
