   not happy with the massive confusion at the door. 10 minutes to get through with 3 young girls staring at computer screens all “co fused looking “ Friday night We are tired and spending our time with you. Process quickly. To me it was a scam to invite “we are so busy !!” “Look at the lineup “. Was disrespectful and good quality restaurants do t treat their customers as cattle. Could have used extra attention at the table and finally thank you for the plant based menu ,,,,, however a “beyond burger” is not a chef creation. Nor is a salad ??!?!!? A chef can rice something different. Perhaps a pasta ? A stir fry ? A casserole ? You can do better than 3 salads on the plant based menu.

   We had a great time at Earls - Sherway location. From being greeted by the hostess to the great service we received from outer server, Polina, the food, the value: it was great fun.

   Food was delicious with a wide menu to choose from. Staff was pleasant and courteous. We weren’t rushed to leave right after our meal. Wonderful evening!!

   2nd time here and will be back. Food is delicious and well worth the money. Staff are very friendly and prompt with service. Only negative for me is the background music can be a little loud at times if your table is right under a speaker.

    The food was great as usual. Buy my pasta was a bit salty. Was disappointed that there is still no blended cocktails. Still my favourite spot. Make sure you make reservations as there more likely be a long wait for a table.

    The noise level is quite high. The spring salad with quinoa is bland...is there any kind of dressing on it? Toasted quinoa is not a pleasant sensation in the mouth. Second time and last I have had it. There is not much selection for a vegetarian so I settled on that a second (and last) time. Unless you improve the vegetarian selection, it will be my last time at Earl's.

    It’s a nice, aesthetically cute restaurant with very kind staff. It was our first time there and went during happy hour. The only downsides we encountered was the seemingly unorganized seating arrangements as we made it to our reservation but still had to wait another 5-10 minutes before we were seated. We were then moved twice and felt like we were table hopping. Our server was sweet, but during and after finishing our appetizer we were not approached once involving us to directly hail her down to order. The food itself was ok, but everything we had from pasta to fries to pizza was salty. The crème brûlée did not have a hard sugar top that cracked like others we had and felt it was underdone. Though, the drinks were very good and you get a good variety to choose from.

    Our waiter Kevin was very good and the new Day Manager, Caitlin, made sure our food intolerances were addressed fully. Food was fantastic, as always. My family and I were sat close to the hostesses and they were always cheerful and attentive with incoming guests.

    The food and service was good not great.But my car battery was dead when I left the restaurant and my caa was not coming for 1 hour and I believe Adrian and a server provided cables and helped start my car .So the staff was terrific!

    Overall experience was great however our table was in front of the bar area where the servers were picking up the drinks. They huddled around the bar and were loud. The food took a long time to arrive to our table and were not compensated for the long wait. However the food was good once received.

    The food took a little while to come out and the Manager was very kind and came over to apologize and offered us a round of cocktails to celebrate the occasion my friends and I were gathering for. Food was great (Happy Hour Brunch), good atmosphere and service.

    Oysters were fresh, peppercorn steak was expected and cooked properly, medium rare. Recommend their in-house Caesar Drink, large as it goes down well with the clamato juice not being over-powering. Ambience is nice with a compliment or light music and tv's to watch basketball and tennis at the same time.
