It was my daughter’s 18th birthday and nothing special was offered to her (i.e. dessert)Two of the three steaks ordered were gristly and not cooked to wellness level requested; fries were cold. An okay experience, but nothing amazing.

Firstly, My fault that I didn’t check prior to booking the reservation. But I didn’t realize Earls didn’t offer a kids menu. Secondly, the waitress forgot to order the heavily substituted meal for my daughter. Therefore, we were left with a disgruntled 4 yr as we waited for her food to arrive. (Not a enjoyable experience) Lastly, we all felt that we were an inconvenience to the staff which was reflected in their demeanour while interacting with us. I wouldn’t recommend or go back to the Sherwood Park Earls.

Service was terrible. Never explained the specials, promos etc. took our appy order and drink, appy came out before our drink. Never checked on how our food was / if we wanted to order anything else. Finally flagged someone else down to get a refill and to order dessert. Never asked if we wants boxes for leftovers. Poor poor service.

We enjoyed the meal and the drinks: Jessica, our waitress was pleasant, informative and not intrusive. The young woman who removed our plates recognised that we had finished (the knife and fork were placed together) without asking: a touch of class.! A discount because I had to pour my own Guinness? 😇

Found the restaurant very loud. The meal was Luke warm when we received it. Had to wait for plates to eat our appetizer but the appt was vey tasty. We did have two gift cards and when the bill arrived only one card had been applied so the bill had to be modified to show the core correct bill amount. I think for the price we paid the whole experience was mediocre and will probably not return.

I personally enjoyed my meal however my grandfather was not impressed with the toughness of the steak and how cooked the vegetables were. The service is very good just the food isn’t worth the price you pay.

The only issue we had was with the flies. Having a patio meant open doors and our table was close to the door. We were eating with one hand and brushing away flies with the other hence the low ambience rating.

The service was OK. The waitress forgot the butter for the lobster tail and it was cold when she brought it and not melted. The sticky toffee pudding was not the real deal. Hadn't been here in a long time, and probably won't again. We came because we had some gift cards. Maybe try the Sticky Toffee Pudding from Costco to know what it really tastes like.

The meal was excellent. We ordered 2 cheesecakes to go and they were very disappointing. The cheesecakes tasted burnt and almost tasted like they were contaminated with steak as they had a steak like taste to them. We have ordered lots of cheesecakes in the past and these ones were disappointing and tasted terrible. This was a big disappointment as the meal and the service was great but the take home cheesecake ruined the experience.

The lounge at Earls is just a great atmosphere ! Our server, Hailey was friendly, efficient and attentive. The food was great, the Mushroom and Kale pizza never disappoints. Earls is always a great option for any occasion.

EXTREMELY COLD AC. You’ll need a parka to stay comfortable. The food was expensive, but good, the service was very good. I’m not surprised why the dining room was practically empty on a Friday evening.

- had reservations - was sat in the lounge - which we were okay with ! food was good - service struggled - water jug never refilled - empty glasses and dishes were always slow to be removed from the table - Lounge was not that busy - seemed to a good number of staff available. table was reserved on open table requesting birthday but was told Earls do not recognize birthdays anymore

The service was awful food was ok The waiter was always distracted did not get order correct. Brought main dish before the appetizer Drink was not as requested They tried to correct it but by that time we had just resigned to bad service Never even offered a discount for mix up After we requested to see the manager she gave us a $30 gift card probably not use as we are not going back

Took our son and daughter in law out for a birthday dinner, computer system was down but our waiter still provided great service. Food was excellent but disappointed that there is no birthday dessert or beverage for the person celebrating, why ask if you are celebrating anything if there is no bonus from the restaurant? Appreciate that The Keg provides a free dessert.. Overall a nice evening with great food and service.

We had a wonderful time. Our wait person was terrific. He remembered us from our last visit, when he served us then. The food was great. The noise level was acceptable. We had gone to Earl's in south Common the night before and it was super noisy. Thank you for an enjoyable birthday. Hazel Brewster

Went there to celebrate my daughters birthday. Was asked when making the reservation what was being celebrated. Only to find out that they do absolutely nothing to acknowledge birthday. We were very disappointed. 1 and last visit

We went in for lunch at 12:30 on a Saturday and it was pleasantly quiet. Our wait staff were pros. We asked for samplings of two wines, to which they obliged without question. Our meals were delicious and all was good!

Haven't been to this location for years. Nice to have a reservation, seems much less busy than years gone by. The food was fine, my tortellini sauce was tasty if a bit "thin", and I was a bit disappointed in portion size relative to price but everything is more these days. Service was OK, the server didn't seem totally aware of specials (hostess gave a fast overview, when I asked server to repeat he had to go check, and then seemed to only relate about 25% what we heard eatlier from host.. Had to remind him to bring fresh flatware after he identified needing it. There are places I prefer in the Park, but was good to try Earls again. Appreciated the brighter interior since last visit.
