   The food and ambience was great as usual but our waitress was inattentive and we had to wait a long time to get her to bring things to the point we had to ask other servers i hate complaining but my other two companions were not happy But I love Earls and i was fine

   The service was awful food was ok The waiter was always distracted did not get order correct. Brought main dish before the appetizer Drink was not as requested They tried to correct it but by that time we had just resigned to bad service Never even offered a discount for mix up After we requested to see the manager she gave us a $30 gift card probably not use as we are not going back

   Took our son and daughter in law out for a birthday dinner, computer system was down but our waiter still provided great service. Food was excellent but disappointed that there is no birthday dessert or beverage for the person celebrating, why ask if you are celebrating anything if there is no bonus from the restaurant? Appreciate that The Keg provides a free dessert.. Overall a nice evening with great food and service.

   We had a wonderful time. Our wait person was terrific. He remembered us from our last visit, when he served us then. The food was great. The noise level was acceptable. We had gone to Earl's in south Common the night before and it was super noisy. Thank you for an enjoyable birthday. Hazel Brewster

   Went there to celebrate my daughters birthday. Was asked when making the reservation what was being celebrated. Only to find out that they do absolutely nothing to acknowledge birthday. We were very disappointed. 1 and last visit

   Took my mum out for a late Mother’s Day lunch and she fully enjoyed herself thanks to the cajun salmon :). Our servers were super nice and attentive; hoping to visit again soon.

    We went in for lunch at 12:30 on a Saturday and it was pleasantly quiet. Our wait staff were pros. We asked for samplings of two wines, to which they obliged without question. Our meals were delicious and all was good!

    Haven't been to this location for years. Nice to have a reservation, seems much less busy than years gone by. The food was fine, my tortellini sauce was tasty if a bit "thin", and I was a bit disappointed in portion size relative to price but everything is more these days. Service was OK, the server didn't seem totally aware of specials (hostess gave a fast overview, when I asked server to repeat he had to go check, and then seemed to only relate about 25% what we heard eatlier from host.. Had to remind him to bring fresh flatware after he identified needing it. There are places I prefer in the Park, but was good to try Earls again. Appreciated the brighter interior since last visit.

    Unfortunately we didn’t have the best experience. Our server was not very organized and was having a tough go with her other tables as she proceeded to dump beer on the table behind us. Then took several minutes to come back to ask our order. She was very uncomfortable, and awkward when checking in on us and didn’t get the items we requested and we were over the whole evening and decided to not ask again. Probably won’t be back to his location for a while.

    Loves what my son and I ordered. It was a little pricey but very enjoyable. Would definitely go back again. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to eat for a family dinner.

    Jo Anne ordered a plain burger but received a loaded with dressing mustard I ordered a 1 pepper meal and my son ordered a3 pepper meal and we were given each other’s meal

    We couldn't be happier with our experiences at Earl's! The food is always excellent. Our servers and the restaurant manager take superb care of us; we feel like VIP's when we're there. I have extensive allergies, so I generally can't go out to eat. Somehow, there's a will and a way to make it possible for me to enjoy a meal at Earl's. So happy I'm able to dine here! Highly recommend the Sherwood Park Earls food, service and management. Five stars in all ways!

    We when to Earl's with my wife on Valentine's day expecting a romantic evening. Unfortunately the music was so loud you could hardly hear your partner across the table. The music wasn't romantic at all I felt I was at a night club. The waitress was amazing and the food came quickly.

    Seated at a small table in the middle of a busy place of the restatement- near the kitchen - placed in the lounge, no seating left in the dining area when we arrived for our reservation, was super noisy and we were placed at a tiny table, felt like sardines and not part of any satisfactory dining experience.

    From the moment opening the door and being welcomed by energetic music and warm. Pleasant light and a great welcome. To the friendly hostess, and quick serve to a welcoming table. The ambient warm lighting. To the clean and comfortable seats. Our server Adam gave a warm and friendly greeting. Explained the specials. Took orders for drinks and starters. The menu is amazing for all ages and variety of choice. The food is delicious and so flavourful. The drinks are perfect. The dessert splendid. A 10 out of 10! Spent 2 hours dining and relaxing. It was perfect. Priced well for the quality of food. Highly recommended 🤩

    Our server was very poor… needed to remind him several times of details he missed with order. I find this location very kid “unfriendly” compared to other Earls… very loud location with its overall design. I love Earls but will avoid the Sherwood Park location in future.

    Earls is not a bad place to go, but when you’re trying to conduct a business lunch, the background music is way too high very distracting. If you have clients, I wouldn’t suggest you hold a business meeting at the Sherwood Park location. Also, the tables are very limited even the round tables for six are very tight

    The chicken I received was undercooked but it wasn’t anyone’s fault it happens. The server sent my order back and the manager came out and reassured us that they put it back on the grill but she gave us a replacement instead and took off the meal off the bill and a discount. Service 10/10
