Just didn’t like that we made a reservation and were initially placed in the lounge. I made the reservation for book club and wanted a place to discuss and visit.our waitress was snacking and the food was good!
Our dining experience was great and our server was very interactive.
The service was great, the restaurant was actually quite quiet. We went in for Sunday brunch which I had pre-booked the space for. The food was amazing except there was an error with my order and it took a very long time for them to correct the order so much so that by the time they were bringing my corrected order I was no longer hungry. They were very interested in rectifying the situation but it was really just I wanted soft eggs and they made them hard and it took 25 minutes to remake the egg. The staff were very nice and wanted to make sure the order was correct so I certainly can’t fault them on that. There just was a mixup in the kitchen. I’ve actually never once had a mixup at Earls so this is probably the first time. I used to work at Earls as well and Earls is usually exceptional and consistent. Also my breakfast came with toast and I asked a server if they had any jam or honey or peanut butter and I was told no we’re not really a breakfast place. A little while later the same server came back and suggested that they did actually have honey. Of course by this time my toast was ice cold but it was still all a very good meal. I had the Earls breakfast which included two pieces of bacon, two eggs sunny side up, House made potatoes, and nice granny toast. The food was exceptional and I find myself really impressed anywhere else. It was just the slight mixup in the kitchen that took my five down to a four. Also and this is just a note, I am often surprised that wonderful brunch places tend to lack on their condiments. Freshly made preserves and local honey is so easy to buy at a local market or wherever. Not having jam or even thinking to offer peanut butter or honey seems like an incredible oversight. It’s the little touches that make the experience exceptional.
Need a new dessert menu.
Mix and make your own will be great
Since Covid this was our second outing eating out. Social distancing protocol adhered to, loved that the menu is available via QR code. Food was delicious and portions sizes was excellent. Staff are very friendly, all wore face masks. Definitely going back.
Great as always!
Brunch is great! I always order the Avocado Benny, and it’s delicious.
My second dinner at Earl's; good food both times, and great service from Olivia. First time, she suggested the chicken street tacos, which were tasty and just the right amount. Second visit, I selected a sandwich of chicken with figs, apples, and brie on brioche, which was quite nice. I enjoyed a different Rhino beer with each meal.
I had the street tacos which were good but the shells were dry and crunchy.
Service was good but I think a little too fast for the food to come out of the kitchen makes me think that it was precooked.
Food is always very flavorable. Some portions are smaller than desired but we always return.
Atmosphere was perfect, service was great but food was not very good.
Very clean surroundings
Same great tastes
Awesome food! Had the the fettuccine, which they had made a vegetarian version for me. NY cheese cake was amazing as well! Highly appreciate how accommodating they were.
Great service. Great atmosphere! Good social distancing.
It was a very pleasant experience. The waiter did not rush us which was really nice as we were a couple of ladies meeting for lunch and we hadn't seen each other in a couple of years so it was nice not to feel rushed. The food was very good but there was probably a bit too much caesar dressing on the salad. I should have asked for it on the side but it still tasted good. The waiter was very friendly and kept a close eye on our drinks so we never had to ask for a refill. Overall I definitely would recommend this place.
Food was really good.
Service was also great.
Despite of Covid-19 restrictions it was a very positive experience...
Great value “Happy Hour Brunch” great tasty food. Will be back.
I don’t think the table across from us was the required amount of social distancing
The mask rule was not being enforced
Our server was amazing, right from when we were first seated, food was great . We had a wonderful dinner.
Earls is consistently outstanding in its food and service. Our original reservation grew by two people and we were easily accommodated. The food was delicious, the service was prompt and friendly and the atmosphere cool and contemporary.
The peppercorn sauce wasn't available any more at 6:00pm. Not good. It is fresh made from scratch.
I wish I could remember my waiters name, he was fantastic!
we booked a table and we waited outside for 20 minutes

The poke bowl was outstanding! I enjoyed every mouthful.
Perfect as always. We are a regular and always love it.
The Restaurant felt crowded. "It could just be coming back the first time after Phase 2 of Re-launch. Did not feel un-safe - just un familiar after so long!
