We celebrated my son’s 29 birthday and he was treated like royalty. The manager had his steak made perfectly and the waiter was wonderful. We all had an amazing time, all six of us. Dempster Family ❤️

Good food, service was fantastic! It was my daughter’s birthday and the did up a card for her and the waitress remembered and said happy birthday. My only only complaint was the cost. It was very expensive, an example was one person in our party ordered a pasta dish and was charged extra for garlic toast!

They made my order incorrectly and I had to wait for it to reconciled while everyone else ate their brunch. When we got the bill they didn’t discount anything- there was no apology and the service was less than average

The staff were Excellent in looking after my food allergies and the kitchen made an excellent salad for me. We also had the seafood tower and found it a little light for the 5 of us the food was good just not enough for what it claimed to feed 4-6. I think 3-4 would be closer. But overall very good service and tasty food

Perfect brunch. And we weren’t rushed out. My friend and I were there visiting and enjoying the delicious food. We both ordered the ham and cheese omelette. 😊

Was greeted quickly and seated efficiently… server was prompt and attentive. Food took a long time to arrive, but it was a very busy night (not expected for a Tuesday evening). Music was loud making it difficult to have a conversation with our guests.

Had run out of pizza - that was disappointing. Brought soup and main course together so main course was Luke warm when I got to it. Food is getting expensive too - ribs are now $40 - so ordered pasta.

Incredibly delicious dishes with portion sizes that make you happy to spend your money! Not to mention the very customer focused service! 👌🏾👌🏾 Went to Earls for my birthday dinner with my wife and the staff there immediately made me feel especially welcome! The hostess even brought me an Earls birthday card with handwritten well-wishes from her and other staff. That was such a sweet touch ❤️ A waitress recommended the chicken lettuce wraps unreservedly, so of course we ordered them to start. I can still taste the sweet spiciness on that chicken and hear the crunch of that lettuce! We also had spinach dip, cajun chicken fettuccine alfredo, and the full chicken and ribs with warm potato salad and creamy coleslaw. Portions for all of those were bigger than we expected and man were they filling. The flavours were once again immaculate with the salty umami spiciness of the cajun chicken being the ultimate palate satisfier. Earls is top tier! Ten out of ten! 👏🏾👏🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Earl's is very good, dependable restaurant. Their steaks are usually high quality and you can be assured that you will get medium rare, if that's what you want. You always know what you're getting. You can be casual or fancy; children are welcome.

Our server couldn't handle a table of 5. She didn't understand the drink requests which were basic and proceeded to be condensing then bailed on us, an experienced server took over and it was awesome. The manager came over trying to recover the situation but it was incredibly awkward. The experienced server that took over was slammed and we were forgotten about. Our 1 hour dinner was 2 hours and most of it was waiting. It was a painful, unnecessary experience. We've always enjoyed Earls, might just take a break for a while and try other places.

We came for brunch to celebrate my best friend’s birthday. We were greeted with balloons and a card at the table! We were made to feel very welcome and the service was impeccable. Our drinks arrived in short order and our eggs Benedict was perfect. My friend was offered a complimentary dessert. She chose the sticky toffee pudding and it was delicious. Overall, a wonderful dining experience!!

Main issue I had with front end is placing us in the corner of the lounge surrounded by people. Lots of space in the lounge and to sit in a more comfortable area. Plus, the table they sat us in, was extremely sticky and was told that it was because the varnish on the table was coming off. Why sit us in that table at all? The front end staff needs to use some common sense where sitting people for us to be most comfortable. This is the second time in a row we have been seated in a terrible location and I asked to move that time. Why bother going back

We arrived for Sunday brunch. The service was great. The food was not the best. Two prawn Benedicts and one hash were ordered. The poached eggs were not poached to the requested medium, they were too runny. The bacon was too crispy, almost burnt and tasteless. The food was also lukewarm. I have been to Earls for dinner and the food was good. I am not sure what happened to the brunch.
