    Great experience other than music was way too loud! I like having background tunes and fun vibe but they had it blasting g like a nightclub which it’s not. It’s a restaurant and people want to eat and connect - not have to shout at each other.

    The four of us really enjoyed the great service, food and ambiance but sadly will probably not be going back. The music was so loud it was hard to visit. We asked the server if they could turn it down which they did and it was lovely then 15 mins later back up blaring. I don’t think anyone enjoys the music to be THAT loud when you can’t even hear each other’s conversations.

    All the staff were really great especially with making us feel welcomed. The food was exceptionally good and being someone who is a picky eater I love when I find something new that I’m not so sure about getting, but in the end it turns out amazing I will definitely be getting it again.

    I was concerned I’d miss the Willowpark location. I was NOT disappointed. My husband and I had two fantastic meals. Service from Jolene was exceptional. I will definitely be back.

    Great new location! The service was great we were however seated beside a waitress station which would be a meeting area for staff and would get very busy. The music was WAY to loud.

    I know the opening was the 21st. My friends and I ate there on the 25th. There was soooooooooooooo much extra staff!! We had a server AND an assistance server. Those servers that didn't have anything to do were standing around in groups (at one point 8 of them were gathered together) Not one but 4 servers brought to our attention the Seafood Tower. I understand you have a special, and want to promote it ....but come on!!! TURN DOWN THE MUSIC! OMG is was soo noisy! We noticed an older couple come in and where seated across from us. It was so noisy they left! I'm not sure we will be back. I understand there is always a learning curve. But...you got a lot to learn before I return

    The service was exceptional, our waitress was very good and very friendly. The food was out in a quick fashion and very good. Great Bday experience with bday cards on the table. Great overall experience.

    New restaurant looked great. Pizza was alright. Pretty bland. I’m going to cut the place some slack as I’m sure the cooks are new and learning. Server was great at the start but then didn’t refill water and slow getting us the bill. Over all the experience was fine. We will def try again once they have adjusted to the new environment.

     The restaurant just opened up on September 21/2023, so we went within a few days of it’s opening. The restaurant is beautiful inside. But we did have a few conflicts with the wrong food coming out, and then being charged incorrectly for food items that were on special.

    Liv T. is truly one of the best (if not the best) servers we’ve ever had at Earls. She was so energetic, recommended food based on our moods, and shared valuable experiences that we certainly will be using in the future. My friend had come from a horrible date experience right before we had dined at Earls and Liv turned it right around for us, especially for my friend. The food tasted great, as usual, and it arrived at a reasonable time. Overall, the new location has a great ambiance!

    We were a table of 4 ladies and all of us were impressed with our experience at Earls SouthCentre on Friday, Sept 22nd. They had only opened the day before, and they were swamped with patrons. I could tell they were prepared; fully staffed, our reservation was seated on time, plenty of servers and bussers, very friendly staff. I ordered the tuna poke bowl and it was delicious. We all commented on how delicious our food was, and how surprised we were by the generous portion sizes. It was LOUD. We did a lot of shouting to be heard. We didn’t mind. The ambiance was modern and fun. I will definitely be back.

    Had my birthday dinner at the the new location and was not disappointed. The service was warm and friendly and all staff did their best to accommodate my gluten intolerance. Husband and I enjoyed the music and the new restaurant design and the food was delicious. Definitely a new favourite for us both!

    We went to the opening night of Earl's at Southcentre for our anniversary dinner. They have created an incredible space there. It was warm and relaxing and sophisticated. They were so busy but all of the staff were excellent. Drinks and food were timely and delicious. We would highly recommend this new Earl's for any special occasion or just to grab a drink or a bite.

    Being foodies my wife and I enjoyed the hustle and bustle of a new restaurant location, new staff being monitored and mentored by in-house managers and visiting trainers. Great location with great decor and natural light. All staff were energetic and very personable.Managers dropped by our table and asked about food and service which we gave a thumbs up to. Nolan stood out as a person of interest/ promotable and Olivia our server was quite friendly and chatty. Overall a great birthday experience and was nice to see staff from the Willow Park location
