   Very consistent meal preparation and taste.Restaurant was busy for Mother’s Day, but service was still great. Would love to see the sushi tacos back on the menu again.

   Excellent food and service as well. Restaurant was busy but could see food coming out in a timely manner. Noise level was good even with the hockey game on. Always our favorite place to dine.

   It was good place to take my mom for Mother’s Day. The food was great, service wasn’t the greatest. Had to wait quite a bit for drinks and food, which would’ve been a bit more understandable had it been fairly busy but it was too busy during our time in restaurant. Server was standing around a lot on iPad. Had to wave to get attention. They were good about asking for extra dips and such but we the container for ketchup they brought for my husbands fries had nothing for ketchup in it (I mean like nothing - it was kinda funny and we all laughed it off) and once we asked for some more they brought us a full container of it, but it makes me wonder why they hadn’t just brought a full one to begin with? Anyways with it being Mother’s Day, most restaurants hand out flowers after you pay. Earls was doing this too. We watched many tables come and go and each lady had received roses, sometimes 2 or 3 of them each. Our server came with check and machine and we paid and then she wished a happy Mother’s Day as she was walking away but no flowers for our table? Idk was odd to us. Yes, they could’ve run out but a table that left a minute before us received 3 roses herself. And the waitress didn’t acknowledge it. Left us feeling a little disappointed. Nothing to run on about but it was upsetting for mom. Food was delicious. Wished we had a bit better service/overall experience. Thanks

   I made a reservation here for Mother’s Day. I was pretty excited to treat my mom and sister and we were a bigger group so we appreciated being accommodated outside, however, the experience was not what we would usually expect from Earls. There were no umbrellas outside in scorching sun, until we had to ask for ones to be brought out. It seemed the patio was open but it had not been prepared for service outside (umbrellas to be brought out from storage somewhere, there wasn’t any cutlery outside so even after we got our food we had to ask for cutlery which they looked for outside but then didnt have enough so had to get some inside). My brother in law even had to help set up umbrellas for other tables. Half the champagne glasses that were brought to us were dirty( like actual remaining things inside of them). From the time we sat down at 1130 we didn’t get our food until 1pm. Some things we asked for ( side of hollandaise sauce, extra dip for wings) never came out. It just felt like the service was not prepared for mother’s day which was disappointing as it was meant to be a special celebration but left the group feeling pretty frustrated with the experience and service.

   Once again our go to brunch place. Loved it. The Shrimp benny and prosecco at brunch happy hour can not be beat. Caitlyn was on the ball from start to finish. It was a busy Mothers day service. Thanks to all the staff for such great service.

   We had eggs Benedict and were not impressed with the dish. Ham was dry hardly any hollandaise sauce. Overall I would not order it again.

   Chicken Hunang Kung Pao was fantastic. Had some truffle fries too which are so tasty. Be back soon.

   Everything was good. The Alfredo pasta was a little al denté and could have used about twice as much sauce that was used. Flavour was good.

   We enjoyed our night but especially our server who was Emma C. Although we enjoyed what we ate I feel the sushi seems like it’s been made ahead and refrigerated as it seemed not fresh.
