   Had the best experience for my sons 10th birthday. The food was amazing and our server went above and beyond for us. Super friendly as well! The new menu items were really good.

   I enjoyed the food, Earls is restaurant that always beat my expectations, how ever the service was poor this time, the didn't have us water until we asked twice, they weren't prepared for mother's Day. Nothing special for mother's the restaurant was even short of cutlery, we revived the food without cutlery to eat. The taste of the food is always good no complaints in that aspect. I suggest to implement kids menu

   One item was sold out and this did not get reported for quite a long time after order placed. Then both the sold out entree and the replacement were charged on the bill, which was only noticed after we had already paid. We’re not able to give us a receipt showing the refund at the table. The pkace was nice and food was reasonably good but this was all pretty off putting.

   This was our first time dinning at this location and we would not hesitate to return. The service was excellent and our server Hailey was suburb, she gave us lots of time to review the menu and decide what we wanted. Hailey was also very attentive but not bothersome. The menu has something for everyone.

    the food was SO good! we all had something a little different and all REALLY enjoyed our meals. the only issue was that several of the dishes/glasses that were on our table were not clean...it was kind of gross

    Had a lovely night. Good food and drinks. Only downside, We sat and ate and then were finished in approx an hour… got dessert and pushed it 1.5 hours…. Service was quick, but also made dinner out quick

    My brother in law did not like seeing a manager term out a staff member in the middle of the dining room. He felt bad for the female server. Very unprofessional!

    I used to go to Earls all the time, but the prices have gone thru the roof...and before I did not expect perfection, but at those prices I do...the decor is gorgeous, waitress was super sweet and helpful...there was a family behind us for the whole 2 hours and they let their 2 kids run around and yell the entire time...as a parent of 2...I never allowed my children to leave the table...I brought toys, coloring, etc..at McDonald's that behavior is expected but not when spending $200 on a meal...In New York they have kid free restaurants...I am all for that...

    Our server was fantastic. She was attentive without being overbearing and had a great personality. We Would definitely return if I knew we’d have her again. (Previously we’ve had horrible service). Food and portion sizes were great also.

    Was surprised when there was no highchair for my 8month old when we arrived and had to bring in our stroller for him to sit in. Thankfully I hadn’t left that at home because it would have been hard to eat without it.

    We had an amazing get together with our group of friends that had not seen each other in years. Our server Hailey was amazing and helpful to make sure we were well taken care of! The food was so good, steaks at the table were cooked perfectly and all the food tasted so good! Will definitely be back!
