   Miguel was really knowledgeable of the menu choices and was extremely friendly. He added a classy touch with the birthday desserts for two in our party that share the same day. The burger was tasty, the appetizer of the crunchy prawn and prawn pizza all got a glowing review. The Earls at Brentwood seems to target the younger patrons as the music is too loud and the layout is cold and not like Earls was on Lougheed. We like the Station Square location better and even the hostess spent time sharing her knowledge of your plants. She didn’t have to do that but it added to the positive experience as we are all interested in landscaping etc. Overall it was terrific thank you. We know that prices are creeping up everywhere, and you do what you can to keep it reasonably competitive. Cheers and we will definitely be back. Gary

   We loved Earl's! We were very impressed with the food, ambiance, and staff. The food was delicious. My husband got the ribs and found them to be among the best he's ever had. I had the Impossible Burger, which was also good. Great alcohol beverage choices, as well. We highly recommend Earl's!!

   Manger at the store Brandon was very thoughtful and saw we didn’t get served right away. He came over and apologized then told us our drinks were on the house. Very great guy as he was doing interviews and still took the time to notice us.

   Ainslea our server although appeared to be very new was great, attentive and eager to please, needs to work on recognition and gain some experience Short poured draft beer by at least 3oz, a pet peeve of mine especially with how $$ they are New items were good angry chicken excellent Pulled chic sand although flavour was good need to grill bread longer as it was greasy We will be back again Thanks

   The whole experience was just ok ! The night went sideways when we saw all the mice running around ! Did mention it but no one seemed to care ! I own property everywhere! If I saw one single mouse I would act right away ! Spent over 200 bucks for a poor experience! The night before we were at the Keg , what a difference!!!!!!

    Worst service ever experienced. Aside from all the small mistakes and attitude the server made, at end of our meal, she asked how everything was, and just brought us our bill without asking which we found was very rude. It was a business meal and this was a really bad experience for us all. Will definitely not come back for a formal gathering like this. And will never dine in at this location again.

    Although the food took almost 40 mins to come out after the appetizers, the waiter was spectacular and was able to compt us for the wait due to bill loss issues and we still enjoyed our food after the long wait.

    Booked last minute, super accommodating. It was busy, but the waitress was attentive and friendly. Ordered a glass of rose, which was okay. Cesar salad with Cajun chicken was really good! Prawn cocktail didn’t seem as fresh. Overall really good though!

    We payed a lot for an average meal that was not worth the price. Food quality used to be better. Pizza was below average quality. Despite being listed on the menu, the cucumber and avocado were missing in the sushi that we ordered. We invited a guest from Germany who was staying with us but it was not the best representation of a Canadian bar for a tourist. There were problems with our reservation as well.

    Service was slow. We were seated and took at least 5 minutes for us to get water. And at the end took 10 minutes to get the bill.

    Lucky we got a reservation on Mother’s Day for 7 of us. Server was nice and food was good. A bit loud in there but I imagine they’re going for a younger hip vibe than to be a family restaurant.

    Brought my mother here for Mother’s day lunch, was first greeted nicely with a glass of rose. However, waited about 20 minutes for a waiter to greet us, and then another 25 minutes for the food to come. Overall the experience was great, but the timing between sitting down and getting our food was way too long.

    Abysmal Mother’s Day brunch experience today. Our server (Leslie) was very sweet but she seemed overwhelmed. My husband and three children all ordered the Chorizo Hash. The food was brought out by two young women, neither of whom were our server. They commented on how hot the plates were (they were blazing hot!) but, the food was cold. My order was not made correctly (barely cooked eggs when I’d ordered them poached medium) so they promptly whisked my plate back to the kitchen to get the order remade. I never should’ve said anything because by the time my food was delivered to the table the rest of my family had finished eating. And to top it off, the eggs were now hard boiled. Gross. By then I gave up any hope of eating and when our server stopped by to check, I asked her to just take it back. She offered to get me something else but seriously at that point I just wanted to leave. About five minutes later a person stopped by the table to discuss what had happened. He too offered to get me something else, or “another round of drinks.” Um, how about no? I had finished two mimosas waiting for something to eat, the last thing I needed was another drink! The rest of our table was drinking water, lol. While my family were sitting at the empty table, their plates already cleared, the server came by again and asked if anyone wanted to order dessert. We said no, asked for the bill and she pointed out that my meal had been taken off. I actually wanted to cry. I left with an empty stomach, not at all what I expected from what used to be our favourite restaurant chain. 🥺

    We had an awesome experience here for Mother’s Day brunch. The servers were very attentive and we did not feel rush even though it was a busy day for them. The food is great and the patio is just beautiful.

    Came for mothers today with myself, mother, and grandmother today. Initially we had Ryan seat us, who was very professional and had a lovely demeanour. We then were served by CJ (server assistant) and Kate, who were both outstanding. CJ in particular was hilarious and so attentive - so much my grandma wanted to take him home with her haha! Overall was an amazing experience and we will definitely be requesting them when we return.

    Great location and went during happy hour. There was a huge discrepancy between the two drinks and the amount in each. The pizza was great but my friends burger was not what she asked for and she needed to pick through it.

    It was a typical Earls experience but with sub-par service. We had to repeatedly ask for certain side dishes and condiments, and the servers frequently interrupted our conversation.

    The food were cold & salty. When we expressed our concern to the waitress, she said people like the food being salty. Also, they mixed up our food order when we explicitly told them that we have peanut allergy. Very disappointed experience.
