We went there first time and honestly the food was so delicious and I must say the service was so fast and my wife she liked the ambiance .All over excellent.
Our server was incredible, she was funny, personable, just an all around awesome server!
Thanks for writing in Matthew! Do you remember your server's name? I'd love to pass this feedback on!
Food is amazing. Our waitress offered wonderful service definitely will come there again
Good atmosphere, good service, food is very consitent at all locations. Happy Hour prices very comparable and overall good. Surprisingly their cocktails are above Standard for a place that does not specialized in cocktails.
Great location, love the decor and service. Always great for happy hour and a nice place to have a relaxing meal
Thanks for the great review!
As always this Earls location is above industry standards. The manager made sure our experience was incredible
Small cramped table; all else was good. The server was GORGEOUS & the food was DELICIOUS.
The food was really good and it was a fast service
First time at the new location, service was great given the current state of our lives.
Have to say I was disappointed with the quality of our brunch. The potatoes were quite oily and just not the quality I'm used to at Earls.
Will definitely be back, but hope to see some improvements from the kitchen.
My sisters liked their food just enough spice . Mine was a typical breakfast not outstanding but good enough. No stars for the coffee.
Typical breakfast brunch menu .
The service was ok - server did not return to ask if everything was ok- no offer of refills on coffee or water.
The music was a bit too loud, I found we had to talk fairly loudly to hear each other.
My wife and I went for Happy Hour. Our waitress Emma was awesome! Checked in with us always made sure our glass was full even remember to ask us for a straw for another drink we had earlier. She was kind enough to write down the name of your House Red wine. We stayed longer than expected and glad we did! :)
Very good service, very friendly, food as usual was excellent.
Great atmosphere! Will be sure to come again and recommend to friends.
Good location for access as I just need to walk. Love the 1/2 price wine too!
Got the reservation with no problems and COVID cautions were also impressive!
Waiter is nice! Good conversations with her! Food was fast and drinks were great!
Our server was great! Wish I remembered her name!
Was seated just right on time of our reservation! Social distancing was strictly implemented!
I went to the other location of earls and didn’t had this bad experience. This one at first had a nice service but then we had to wait for half an hour for someone to take our order. After placing orders it took more than one hour for the food to arrive. Most disappointing part was when we waited for this long the food was cold and dry and not at all tasty. We still paid full price because it was online payment and there was no one to give us a farewell.. very bad experience!
Everything was excellent. The only suggestion I have is to turn the music down a notch. It is harder to hear without raising your voice and so it makes the experience less relaxing. Otherwise I love Earls.
Server took a very long time.
It was just ok. The server seemed annoyed most of the time, but she may have had too many tables in her section.
Our waitress never came to us. It wasn’t until I asked where our waitress was that we started getting served.
I had an 8PM reservation and didn’t get seated until 8:20PM. Service made up for being seated late. Food was amazing.
Felt seated to close to another group. Considering COVID I felt very uncomfortable. When I asked about moving I got the impression it was going to fill up anyways. Service not as good as the past. Earls needs to improve spacing between customers.
Terrible the hostess out side was very dead pan I had to inform her we had a rezo at 4.15 she told us to wait while our table was being set . We didn’t wait out side we sat inside it was cold out for us and a two year old? A few mins later another host appeared and took us to our table no High chair and no settings yet? Our server came we ordered our drinks and some fries right away for our child ? She came back with the drinks ? We ordered the rest off the food asking for the pizza to not be over done . 35 mins still no fries for our child ? We had to ask where they were as we had ordered them with our drinks ? We waited over 40 mins for all the food ? We asked for ketchup she never brought it and the pizza was over done ! Hard to get service and more off anything let alone another drink before happy hour ended ! We paid the bill finally even left a tip . It’s not the first time Earls at station square has been terrible and we go there a lot . It’s really going down hill . We won’t be coming back !
The ladies working the host stand were so nice and welcoming. Our wings were awesome but our server kept forgetting about us. We ended up having to flag another server (whose skirt was so short, we could literally see her buttcheeks when she bent over) who immediately just said “did you need you bill?” when we told her we had been forgotten and needed our server. They tried to charge us a different price than what was advertised on their online menu.
Wings special at 3 pm
Wish it was part of the happy hour from 2 pm
Delicious food and efficient service
It was great to be able to eat outside on the patio, even in this cool weather as we continue to try to take safety precautions during this COVID era.
Thanks for the great review! Glad you got to enjoy the patio - come back and see us again soon!
Love the brunch there but hope to see more option under the menu.
Great food and ambiance, lively but not overly loud. Good Covid measures in place which made the whole experience pleasant.
No specific occasion, just girls night. Good experience overall but was a little disappointed that the outdoor area that we booked the reso for was completely enclosed. I understand that its getting colder, but when we knew that was to be expected when booking the reso and made sure there were heat lamps and dressed warmly as we did not feel comfortable sitting indoors. The temperature ‘outside’ was probably the same as inside the restaurant as we were all very warm. I have a compromised immune system and have only been out to patios a few times and I was really hoping it would be a good winter dining spot for us but not sure if i’ll be back.
Went there for happy hour with coworkers. Need more appetizer/snack options as a lot of choices are meals (portion wise). All customers were all sat in one area where tables barely met physical distancing requirement, when other areas in the restaurant were empty. It'd be better if the customers were sat more spaced out throughout the whole restaurant.
Earls Station Square is a really nice location with its own parking lot, making it easier to dine and shop. All the wait staff were amazing and attentive - my girls and I had such a fun brunch.
Overall we had a great experience and the food and drinks were delicious. The only negative thing I will say is that we waited 20 minutes to get our Caesars . The waitress told us that one of the bartenders needed to leave early because they weren't feeling well which it totally understandable but 20 minutes for a drink is a bit long to wait if you know what I mean.
Service & atmosphere was very good but the food was just ok.
We were so happy to have a comfortable patio dinner while we continue to be COVID careful. Madalina gave us superb service as we enjoyed a tasty meal.
Great location and amazing food. Very happy with service—our server, Taylor, was very friendly!
Hello, our server was nice. When I sat down the table had an old coffee stain that no one cleaned and the seats had crumbs which is always an issue. The table and seats should be cleaned with two different cloths. We ordered a tuna roll which was great and buffalo cauliflower which we barely ate because it was extremely salty. We told the server when she was taking the plate away. She said she’d tell the kitchen. It would’ve been great if she took it off the bill too.
On the positive, the burger that I had was good - a little too salty for me, but overall decent - the salad that came with it was good, lots of treats in it. Unfortunately, my table was dirty when I sat down - and during these COVID times, I was not impressed. had to ask for it to be wiped down - which they did, however, it was done with a very damp rag. When the server noticed I wasnt putting my hands on the table, she asked do you want me to dry that off - ahhhh yes!!!
Common sense, really - but it just put me off.
This was a disappointing birthday luncheon.
The food was ok, and the menu change took away our beloved roast chicken entree.
One order of burger with yam fries and side salad got charged an extra$2.50 + $9.00 on top of the regular $22. Ouch!
On closer look at the new menu, it's unimpressive and expensive.
We (used to) enjoy dining at Earl's alot. Now maybe it's time to look at other dining options.
The server was great and attentive. Issue with service stems from the check in experience. Our table was greeted with 4 people at the check in booth and we were told that the patio heaters weren’t functional and that it would 15 minutes for a table inside. We were happy to sit on the patio and relocate inside afterwards but weren’t feeling like standing outside on the street for 15 minutes at 9pm. The horses said this is not possible and took the next 5 minutes with 3 other staff members standing there to work something out. Everything else was great but that experience left a sour taste. No acknowledgement of fault on earls part and just made me feel like I was asking to much when I was being accommodating of the situation.
