   Large group of 20. Booked online so I wasn't aware that our group would be split into two booths. Not the end of the world, but just a heads up to future "group diners". We felt a bit disconnected from each other (even though the booths were next to each other). I think each booth can accommodate about 10 people. Cocktails seem to be priced a little higher than I remember. Aperol Spritz $17 and I could barely taste the Aperol - seemed a little watered down. Decided to just have beers on our second round of drinks. Side Note: Their "feature wine" disappointedly was an American brand which was unfortunate especially with the current Trade War that we currently have with our Southern neighbours. Would've been nice to have seen a Canadian wine perhaps from the Okanagan being featured. On a positive note however, I know it's customary for restaurants to charge an 18% Auto Grat on larger groups, however this wasn't the case for our group - which was very refreshing. (Sometimes I feel the service is neglected when you are in a larger group because the servers know they are already getting the 18%, but our server really earned his gratuities and we appreciated this). Also we've been to other restaurants before where a "cake cutting fee" is charged per person when you bring your own cake, however this is not the case with Earls. They provided plates, cutlery, a knife, and even came out to our table with our cake (which they stored in the fridge while we ate dinner), with the candles lit and all ready for us, all at no extra charge. It really feels like they take care of you at this Earls and they don't take advantage of you like other restaurants do. Thank you Earls!

   We waited for 20 minutes after being seated, but no one came by to take our drink order. We were still holding our menus and looking around when all the food arrived—before we had even placed a drink order. We tried to find our server, Marsh? but she was nowhere to be seen. We had ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich but instead received the Nashville Chicken and Pickle Skewers. Thankfully, the server assistant noticed we were looking for help and stepped in. She was very attentive and took excellent care of us, which we really appreciated. The food was fantastic, as always, but visiting on a busy night makes it noticeably harder to receive timely service.

   Food was great as usual, from appetizers to the main course. The service was equally good, prompt and waiters were attentive and courteous. Would be coming back soon.

   made reservations weeks in advance for a party of eight on mother’s day — we were also celebrating three birthdays, which was prompted by the website. gifts were brought and opened and there was no acknowledgment from the staff. no big deal, but why even ask?unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite live up to expectations. we were surprised to learn that happy hour pricing only applied to the lounge and patio, not the dining room. mia had told us happy hour ran until 6:00 pm and even brought us the menus, so it was awkward when hailey came over and told us it wasn’t valid at our table. thankfully, dan stepped in and honoured the pricing — appreciated that, but it still made things uncomfortable. as for the food: the petite steak and frites came out looking well done, not medium rare, and the vegan bowls were underwhelming. even the soft drinks were flat. we didn’t say anything at the time, especially after the whole happy hour incident, but overall, it was a bit of a letdown, especially for celebrating all these special occasion.

   Had a great Mother’s Day lunch at Earls Station Square! Food was delicious and I really appreciated the complimentary desserts they gave for moms—such a nice touch!

   Booked a reservation in the lounge for 6:30. Arrived 5 minutes early and was told that our table was not ready. Waited an additional 20 minutes to be seated despite having a reservation. Food and service were overall good.

   Had an absolutely fantastic time dining in!! Me and some friends came in for HH and were served by Seth in the Lounge, Khalil at the bar, and Rachel was the manager and all of them were absolutely top class in their fields. Food and drinks were both great as well, but the team really made us feel welcome!
