Earls Kitchen + Bar - Station Square

My meal was cold. The steak was disgusting. I complained and the waitress was very helpful. Ordered another dish the was a lot better but this is the second time I’ve been served poor food here. Won’t be coming back.

Chicken and ribs. Simply fantastic. Fall off the bone.

It was clean, good service, not the best Gluten free selections, but it was ok.

Extremely noisy!! Couldn’t hear ourselves during conversations. Other than that we had a very nice meal. Our server was sweet. The exception of our evening at Earls (Station Square) was when a small request regarding our daughter’s birthday was ignored. We mentioned it while making our online Dinner Reservation booking. While dining, we again mentioned it to 3 different workers. With that being said, it was very disappointing it wasn’t acknowledged like the many other Earls we’ve dined at.

Good experience, attentive service and good food. The chowder and salmon were great.

Our server was amazing!!

I made reservations online for Valentine's Day. We were seated at the patio (apparently my reservation indicated this but I was unaware). Being seated at the patio is perfectly fine if the patio is properly heated especially on a very cold, snowy day. This was not the case. We were seated and it was freezing cold. Our hands and feet felt like ice. I asked our server if we cold be seated inside but she advised it'd be over an hour wait. I then asked for the heat to be turned up but she advised it was already at its maximum. I'm not sure why the patio was even open if you're unable to keep your guests warm. We let our server know we would decide on what to do. We ended up calling Earls Guildford and were able to confirm our spot for later that evening so we got up and left. I wonder what would have happened to our food if we braved the cold and stayed there? It'd get cold within seconds. We also overheard another table complaining that it is very cold out but the server didn't do anything. I understand it's a very busy holiday but please do not have your patio open if you can't accommodate your guests. I should add that Earls Guildford advised their patio is closed so there's no chance we would be seated outside. Earls Station Square should follow the same guidelines.

Tamara took care of us sooo well this evening. It was Valentine’s Day, and we came for dinner. She was incredibly attentive, engaging, enthusiastic and met all of our needs this evening. It totally made our experience ! We can’t wait to come back again for date night :)

We like the ambiance, food and the services. The check-in time was very quick and servers were very friendly.

Happy Hour menu food and drinks are so affordable! Those are the prices I’m looking for when I want to go out for happy hour. Was so happy with the quality of the drinks and food. Our server (can’t remember her name) was super out going and friendly.
Will definitely be coming back very soon.

Poor service. The two tables on my left and right both came after me, both got a server and their drinks at their table before someone even came to say hi at our table

Staff was very rude started yelling at me and my friend because we forget to wear a mask when we went to use washroom. I feel very disrespectful and disappointed.

Awesome service. We were checked upon very often and had no issues with the food and drinks.

Football game was on so it was noisy because of the crowd - no issues with that because we were there for the game too

Chicken wings are awesome. The spinach dip was smazyas well

Very disappointed in the lack of service. Our first waitress was amazing but her shift was over halfway through our meal. We settled our cheque and was introduced to our new waitress who never came around again. We finally tracked her down and she said passed us over to Burt. We waited 45 mins when finally my friend went to ask the manager if someone can take our order. The second waitress kept walking past our table to get to the table on either ends of ours it made no sense that she had to ignore us and I found inappropriate that the manager also couldn’t take our orders. There was four of us and easily each one of us spent over a $100 and it was just disappointing. Also I’ve never been to earls where the tip was pre included on a table of 4. I understand a table of 8 or more. But not for a table of 4.

Our server wasn’t around. I would of had another glass of wine if I was asked. A table of 7+ guys sat too close to us.

Great service! Went in for our anniversary and it was the perfect place for a relaxing and fun night. Thanks for beautifully decorating our Toffee Pudding!

It was alright didnt like the fact our table still had an open bill on it causing abit of confusion when view the my bill service but generally a good enjoyable night ptherwise

Super busy our server couldn’t get to us for quite a while. Everything took a long time but understandable considering it was a Friday night during happy hour.

One of my favourite Earls in the city. The staff are friendly. No big line ups. Clean.

Hand sanitizer was too slimy leaving hands sticky and feeling dirty.
The hostess started briefing some of us on our way to the table without waiting for everyone to be seated. Information wasn’t properly delivered.
Chicken Kung Pao wasn’t flavourful as used to be.
Our server was professional that made up for the overall experience.
