Appetizers was served with main dish! Appetizers plate still pretty much 95% full and were asked if they a take away! Are they kidding? Can’t they see? Drinks are not served right, took away the pop drinks glass expecting refills are coming, but no after waited for 15 minutes at least we asked and our server asked if we want refills! And no one bothers for follow up if we have the right food and tasting. It was not a good night to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. My daughters’s food pasta eaten by five bites maybe, it was dry. It was so disappointing to end the night . Not happy.

There was initially lot of confusion & delay with assigning our table on time despite us arriving 10 min before our reservation. The hostesses were all confused taking us from one place to another, then seating us & then again asking us to move to another The food was way below average...Vegetarian/Vegan food does not mean zero flavour The only good thing was our waiter who was very nice, sweet & cordial

Everything was primarily good once I was seated. The hostess I feel dropped the ball and never took the time to acknowledge the error. My 9yr old son and I arrived (very) early for a reservation and I chatted with the hosting, recognizing that I was very early, she said no problem we could get you seated in 5 mins. After 5 mins passed, a significant number of people came in most with reservations so I assumed that maybe we got bumped to accommodate, this was no problem for me, however after 25 mins passed, a guest with no reservation came in and was seated almost immediately I realized that something didn't seem right. I approached the hostess and asked if by chance I had been lost in the mix as I had been waiting 25 mins after being told it would only take 5 mins. Despite asking who I was when I arrived, she didn't know who we were and asked again, and said she would take us to a table. No sorry, or explanation as to what happened. If I had received either I would have been ok with that. Despite the rocky start, our actual server was fantastic and in addition to that everyone else we interacted with was very friendly. Food was exactly as you would expect, consistent and perfect for our boy's night out.

The waitress Luna was very nice and friendly but the bar service was slow and the food service was slow and terrible. It took forever to get our meal and when it finally came our pizza was cold. I have been going to this restaurant for several years and the service was always great. In the last year several of my friends and I have noticed a huge decline in this place - what's the deal Earl's? You are losing loyal customers!!

I was dining with my 2 teenaged kids who enjoy Earls and look forward to going. This was a new location for us and we wanted to try it out. We were seated in a area where all the employees were being trained and staff meetings were happening all around us. I had to ask for clean utensils right away which put me off. We ordered drinks that took a very long time to arrive and my wine came much later than the other drinks and in a dirty glass. The bartender corrected it right away when I brought it to his attention but I was completely turned off and disappointed with what should have been an enjoyable experience. We ordered calamari and the crab cake as appetizers and my jaw dropped when I saw the calamari. It was overcooked and there were very few pieces of actual calamari. It was filled with jalapeños and cauliflower! I was so shocked that I had to comment to the server. He agreed that it was Terrible and he shared with me that he told the kitchen staff the same thing in the past but they kept insisting on preparing it this way. So disappointing. I frequently go out to dinner with my family and we enjoy good food and pay the price but I expect a good product and a nice environment. Neither of those things happened last evening. This was our first time at this location. We usually always go to the Richmond location because their service is impeccable. We live in Vancouver so we thought we would try this location as it’s closer to our home. The girl who sat us at our table, asked if this was our first time eating at Earls? I thought that was quite odd of a question. The waitress rarely came to ask us if we wanted more drinks. The food and place was fine. The decor was amazing. However I won’t be coming back at time soon. The service at the Richmond location can’t be matched.

I didn’t have the best experience at brunch, so the manager offered me a credit to go try again. I actually went during late night happy hour and this time the food was amazing. Our favourite was the West Coast prawn pizza. Our server was so friendly we had the best experience.

This was easily the worst Earls dining experience our family has ever had. Between poor quality in some of our food and lack of service, I can’t say this is a location we will be returning back to. Several times we asked for coffee and water refills, before we needed to ask a manger to help us. The chicken tacos came with next to no chicken on them, however they were remade which we appreciate. The Caesar salad was soggy and warm. The coffee came with no spoon, so we used a fork to stir it.

I am a loyal Earls fan. For the first time I tried the Oysters that were on the menu, I was a little trepidatious at first but they were INCREDIBLE. As I have said, I am an Earls loyalist, but I will give any restaurant an honest review and rating. Earls Station Square is the BEST.

A friend and I went to Earl's and ordered a West Coast Pawn Pizza to share. I'm not usually a pizza fan; don't care for cooked tomatoes, but this pizza has an Alfredo Sauce. It was Happy Hour time so the price was right and we shared one. It was the best pizza that either of us have ever had. The sauce was creamy; prawns tender, spices perfect, crust very thin but edges risen to amazing heights. We will definitely be back - and the Prawn Pizza is now a new favourite.

Great service. Wait staff are very friendly and knowledgable. However we waited a very long time for our food and our appie, starters were served AFTER our mains? Also the lighting was horrible, with a prison bulb hanging in our faces. Food was delicious, and Im willing to try again at a quieter time so see if service is faster.

This is a newer location that we hadn’t been to yet so we went to celebrate a 60th birthday. We were greeted and helped at the door quickly, efficiently and friendly. We were seated right away, had wonderful service. All of our entrees were delicious and filling. We felt the prices are a bit high but understandable with the cost of food now. We’ll go back again, thank you.

A little disappointed with the size and the amount of the wings offered. Not much value for the $$. I hv had wings there numerous times and know how many wings approximately are in an order. I know they they weigh them etc etc, but the size of the wings were very small. Service was excellent though.

Very disappointed in the service this time, not typical of Earls, but we constantly had to wait, and ask for things like water, cutlery, more food, trying to flag down our server, and it was the middle of the afternoon. Even tho I did tip quite well, because she was standing over my shoulder watching what I filled in. I have not had this issue previously with Earls.
